October 30, 20159 yr What's wrong with era? I prefer using it to album, as sometimes one era includes a re-release and certain remixes of singles that aren't even on the album. It also extends to promo and tours of that particular ... era. Edited October 30, 20159 yr by Joecula

October 30, 20159 yr Era makes perfect sense - it covers their style, album, songs, tours, etc - the Spirit era makes more sense and sounds better than saying, During the time of her Spirit album ...
October 30, 20159 yr I've always used "era", like Michael says it encompasses everything to do with an album. It's a generally accepted term on music forums too, so it's easy for everyone to understand what you mean.
October 30, 20159 yr That's your opinion. I disagree. But at least it caused a little debate. If era was such a great word though how come no ones ever released a song called era or about eras? Edited October 30, 20159 yr by Fgiboy2511
