Happens naturally with a new wave of artists anyway that others become bigger whereas some become a little smaller. I absolutely love Kelly and shes easily my favourite female artist after Adele, but shes definitely surpassed her peak, especially given how killer Breakaway and Stronger turned out to be!
April 11, 20169 yr Oh definitely. Agree with you in regards to that. But again, even at her peak she always seemed under looked/underrated. Same with P!nk. Tbh, I'm just thankful (lololol) she's relevant enough to get people talking/get at least one hit per era so far into her career.

Her and P!nk are insanely underrated even at their peak. I used to complain about it loads back around the time when Stronger came out, and my mum (who is also a big fan of both) gave me the words of wisdom that: history will be much kinder to their work than people are now. Trust me. So I live in that hope :lol:

June 20, 20169 yr Don't want to make a new topic just yet as it's not 100% confirmed, BUT everyday this week about 5pm she is doing live videos on Facebook which will culminate in an announcement on Friday. She'll be taking questions and will be performing a cover everyday, and the covers all have something "in common" and she's also said, it's one of the most interesting things for her, as an artist.. I wanna say it'll be a new album announcement, but like I said, it's not 100% confirmed, and I didn't want to start a new thread in case it wasn't a single or album announcement and it turned out to be a perfume announcement or something like that instead! #TheProblemsOfABritneyStan Today she sang Otis Redding - These Arms Of Mine and she made a point about it being a part of the 'Dirty Dancing' soundtrack. Could it be that she's doing the soundtrack to a film?

June 21, 20169 yr Today she sang Foreigner - I Want To Know What Love Is. I HIGHLY recommend watching these live videos btw. She shows exactly why she's by FAR the most humble and "normal" big star, out there. <3 <3 <3 She made a comment about the Orlando shootings in todays video and she was so lovely :wub: (Oh and obviously she's smashing these covers!)
June 21, 20169 yr I thought it could be the release of her country album which she's allegedly been working on gradually over these last few years. It would be a far out guess given the hints so far. Her piano player held up signs in the background saying not pregnant or touring but I can't remember if he held one up saying not a new album or not?
June 22, 20169 yr Today she sang Aretha Franklin's 'Something He Can Feel', which is another soundtrack song and is from a movie called 'Sparkle', according to Google! So surely some sort of movie soundtrack announcement? Plus, I think she'll be either acting in it or lending her voice to it on an animation or something. Something similar to Justin doing 'Can't Stop the Feeling' for the 'Trolls' soundtrack.
June 23, 20169 yr Interesting. Clasping at straws here but 'Crazy' was used in the 'Birdman' trailer... so still movie related, maybe? Either way I'm excited for whatever she has in store for us!
