2 Hearts is a 6.5- 7 moment, maybe a potential 4th single, but not a lead. I can only but agree, The One would have been a wonderful lead single as would the magnificent Like A Drug.

The problem with 2 Hearts is that it doesn't go anywhere. Needed another bridge or middle 8 or whatever it is called. You know what I mean...it could have been a much better lead single that way.

With what was actually on the completed album The One would have done much better as the lead or Like A Drug could have been released as the first single with a second single released with the album.

Rippin Up The Disco lying on the cutting room floor when ALL I SEE and COSMIC made the album proper is a travesty. The extras and b sides from 'X' were almost all glorious. Cherry Bomb <3

Agreed. It's excellent and shouldn't be going yet!

I'm actually going to go for '2 Hearts' now, I genuinely prefer all the other songs left to it.

It goes from forepplay to sex to orgasm tbh.

The One or Like A Drug were what should have been the first and second singles, Wow and In My Arms the third and fourth. As i have said many times 2 hearts would have been a fantastic album track but not a single as it did not represent what the rest of the album was like at all.

While X done well i still feel its her parlophone album that had the most missed opportunities. If the right singles in the right order were selected and good promotion the album could have went triple platinum.

Speakerphone would have been a very BOLD choice of single, though I think as 4th single it would probably have done little to nothing yet at least kept people interested in the album and showcased a different side to her.
Speakerphone would not have changed the outcome of the album i believe. It is not a stand out track and not a Kylie song either. Other songs has one or the other.
Oh it might not be very Kylie, but it's incredible. I'd say it's probably my very favourite Kylie song in fact, though there a handful of 13/10 moments to choose from.

Madonna loves Speakerphone, reaosn enough to love it.

I think "Speakerphone" should have been the lead USA single, okay it may not have made a difference, but surely it would have fared better than "All I See", which was such a strange choice and didn't sum up the album at all. On the other hand "Speakerphone" does give an indication of what the album's about. If "Speakerphone" was successful, then maybe "The One", "Like A Drug" or "In My Arms" could have been the 2nd USA single.

Plus totally agree with Aphrodite with the UK singles "The One" as the first single, would have definitely smashed and done far better than "2 Hearts", then "Like A Drug" as the 2nd would have been brilliant. Then "Wow" as the 3rd would have probably performed the same as it did, but still was a big hit and then "In My Arms" as the 4th and possibly final. Maybe "2 Hearts" could have still had the video shot and used as a promo release or something.

Plus "White Diamond" should have been given some sort of release, as a buzz single maybe to proceed the album and generated hype.

All I See was really a dumb choice, its like they decided "oh what's the most stereotypically american R&B song on the album"? Yeah let's pick that. Speakerphone is the only song that had urban appeal, no wonder its her most choreographed song ever in the US. I feel like it would've fit pop and rhythmic radio like a glove, its really the only song on here with any US lead single potential. As for the UK, it would've done far better than 2 Hearts no doubt in my mind.

1. In My Arms (if it hadn't leaked in the summer)

2. Wow

3. Like A Drug

4. The One (a perfect era closer, providing it was given a full proper and promoted release)
