I really doubt Jason is going to perform 'Want To Want Me', there would be so sense in it. The new album has so many potential hit singles that just haven't got a proper push, and this would be the perfect opportunity to promote one of them and give people another reason, other than that one song, to purchase the album in the lead up to Xmas.

 

If he was doing WYWM it better be with a mash-up with one of his latest releases - preferably 'Get Ugly' or 'Cheyenne'.

In regards to Jason Derulo, is it wishful thinking that he could do a duet version with Leona? Leona did a duet version with him on the smule app which went viral somewhat and it says rendition of WWTM, so perhaps meaning different from the original?

 

Leona's got a surprise performance coming up apparantley too which could be that?

Everyone knows it and it's still played everywhere, it's far easier to sell an album if you can introduce more than one song to people.

 

Hoping he performs 'Cheyenne' and it can finally get a chart placing, also hope 'Alive' can get a big boost (if she's performing it).

really hope Jason doesn't just do Want To Want Me, that would be a massive waste of performance.

Oh damn, I thought when it flopped in at #30 and then sank without a trace we were going to hear the last of that torture...

 

I would love for Derulo to perform Try Me but I doubt he'd create a solo version just for this show (unless one already exists). It makes sense to perform Want To Want Me anyway often guest acts perform their big hits of the year like when Robin Thicke did Blurred and Katy Perry Roar months after there were #1s here.

Great that Sia is performing. Alive (I'm assuming that's the song she's doing?) is fantastic; it deserves to be a bigger hit than it has been so far.

 

Jason Derulo is talented as well, though I find him a strange choice given that Want to Want Me has been his only obvious success this year. He's probably in the least prolific stage in his career right now in the UK despite that song's popularity.

 

They need some huge acts for the final. So far they've barely had any.

I think Derulo is at least a different artist who hasn't been on yet and WTWM is one of the biggest hits of the yr so he's been prolific enough this yr IMO.

I think Jason might perform "Get Ugly" with it being announced as the next single in the US/the video being shot.

Sia actually performed Alice twice yesterday on US TV, on Ellen and on The Voice

 

Just watched The Voice performance and she uses this wig that only shows her mouth so she can sing but hides the eyes and most of the face...

 

Oh my word, if Sia performs 'Alive' and Jason performs 'Cheyenne', that would be amazing, especially if both finally go Top 40 off the back of the performances! Although knowing my luck, it will be 'Bang My Head' and WTWM/Get Ugly :( looking forward to seeing the confirmed song choices!

I thought a big part of it was due to her having Grave's disease a few years ago, which had disfigured her face and shaken her confidence.

 

Such a shame Jason is doing the horrifically overplayed 'Want To Want Me', but I expected that.
