I prefer Seasons out of those Olly tracks, shame it flopped comparatively.

Stole The Show is a beaut, one of favourite vids of the year too. Heroes is incredible, one of favourites of 2014

Locked Away was massive for me for about a month but I'm a little bored of it now, even despite it not hanging around as long as I expected it to!

Hi Rob!

'Ellie Goulding's 'On My Next' is next at #96' - lawl

Loved that track though, was gutted to see everyone just slating on here though because it sounded really refreshing to my ears and I loved how sharp the instrumental was. Still hasn't grown old and I love it as a return diss to Ed

Seasons really did pass by faster than I expected it to, it was a nice pop track though and I loved the video of him going through all the seasons - he's always good at videos though - i love the Kiss Me one too. He's haad another good year of good pop tracks :D

Yay at Stole the Show, never gets enough appreciation imo but it's way better than Firestone for me. The latter gets annoying but this has stronger (less whiney) vocals and a way catchier instrumental too, not sure what everyone sees in Firestone....

So I guess you can say... I'm the only one who actually liked this :kink: never really got the hate for it personally and dare I say it was even better than the original? Ben was of course last years X Factor Winner but sadly many people's predictions of him not having much success outside of the winner's single sadly became true as his lead single... oh wait more on that to come shortly ;)

The first of two Little Mix appearances now and it's their latest single 'Love Me Like You', the song is very reminiscent of the old school 60's female girl groups like The Supremes, The Ronettes etc and also has a Christmassy sound to it. They eventually went one better and actually released a Christmas mix to the track and has so far propelled the track to top 15 in the charts but have no fear because this gave the girls their 5th Top 10 Hit in my chart :P

Bal I actually agree with you on OMM not that it's horrible -_- saying that though I find it extremely mediocre now and just annoying, she can do better!

I find them both equal if I'm honest, 'kiss Me' is quite good for how different it is for him!

I was listening to 'Stole The Show' yesterday and I actually love it more after that listen haha

Yeah, 'Locked Away' isn't really that good. I only liked the Adam Levine parts, if it weren't for him I'd just say it's average really!

Thanks Dobbo :D

He certainly has Josh. I would have never expected his longevity success wise to continue this long for an X Factor act tbh!

Ahh I like both but fair enough :P

Cheers Josh!

Your seeing Muse next year? I'm so jealous :( Thanks Sam :D

I wasn't too big on that one (unpopular opinion) but I did like the Kylie sample I guess!

Ben, Paloma and Little Mix some good songs there

YASSS thanks Harry :cheer:

First appearances for both MØ and Meghan here, the first at 77 is 'Kamikaze', the latest track to come Danish singer MØ who is responsible for some GREAT songs like 'Pilgrim' and XX8 but also lended a hand the huge summer phenomenon 'Leon On' which is still to come, in fact it's contending for my EOY #1 of 2015  'I Don't Wanna Dance was the only song aside from 'Pilgrim' and 'Kamikaze' that I've personally charted and that made it to my EOY countdown last year at 82 so MØ has definitely improved on that by 5 places in terms of yearly comparisons and hopefully this will somehow be pushed and become an ACTUAL :jameela: hit next year

In at #76 is Meghan Trainor 1st of 5.... YES 5 appearances!! What a year it's been for her having begun her career all the way back in late 2014 with a huge smash about loving your bottom :heehee: and of course singing a song about what kind of demands she needs in her Future Husband but at this current placing in my countdown it's all about 'Better When I'm Dancing', what a cute video that goes alongside it.. if you haven't seen it, YOU REALLY SHOULD. The song is very catchy and dancy though and is featured in a current film called The Peanuts Movie. Interestingly enough she wrote the song for the movie which shows great artistry imho!

P.S. yes I'm struggling with making meaningful commentary atm, bear with me though as I'll get better as I continue onwards ;)

I actually prefer Ben's "Something I Need" to OneRepublic's now, so you're not alone there. Never thought I'd say that but when I've gone back to the original it sounds surprisingly like a demo now :o Besides, you can't be the only one who liked it since it was a #1 song :heehee:

So soon after his first showing is Ben Haenow commonly named Whonow? This was the first proper track to be taken from Ben's debut album self titled Ben Haenow and only managed tp peak at #21 Officially which imo is a crying shame as it deserved so much better than that really :( The fact that he managed to get the QUEEN herself http://www.royal.gov.uk/HMTQ%20Landing%20Page%20Burnley.jpg

NOT that Queen, this Queen http://www.billboard.com/files/styles/promo_650/public/media/kelly-clarkson-cover-650-430.jpg was a huge plus for me about liking this track. It did manage to do much better on my chart though almost making it to #1 only to denied by Taylor :P

Paloma's not really impressed me that much with the singles from the re-release :( Such a shame as I loved Can't Rely On You and Only Love Can Hurt Like This!

Well I guess so haha 217K or whatever it was last year :P

MØ and Ben Hotnow  Two good songs there

You couldn't be more obvious for fancying him there Harry ;)

Paloma's not really impressed me that much with the singles from the re-release :( Such a shame as I loved Can't Rely On You and Only Love Can Hurt Like This!

I know exactly what you mean, LWIKL is good though but RFTGL and Beauty Remains are really really poor :/

Love Me Like You is easily one of the best year, pop at it's best and so amazing

Adore Better When I'm Dancing and it is such a nice little pop track  For some reason though it reminds of a cross between Waka Waka & Ugly Heart  Also fantastic to see Meghan have 5 appearances here (could have 5 in my top 100 as well but could also be 4 or 6! She has 4 certain and 1 is very close to falling out and 1 is very close to going top 100 with one week to go! 9 in my top 275 though omg ), she is so underrated on Buzzjack

Second Hand Heart is also great but getting really boring for me now :(
