Mariah was top 100 on spotify Friday-Monday and top 200 on spotify on Tuesday still. Those streams account for ~7.5k sales plus other streaming services would push that to 9-10k. Once you add in the digital sales then it seems about right that Mariah is #39. So I don't think there's much streaming data missing in today's chart.

Streaming almost certainly hasn't been included for most of the week. I'm thinking Christmas Day only.

I'm not sure that there is streaming missing - thinking about it a lot of the older songs will be rising from being streamed heavily last night!
No idea. There isn't even confirmation of which days of streaming haven't been included, but there must be some data missing or 'Light It Up' would have climbed.

But don't they upweight missing data usually?

I'm not sure that there is streaming missing - thinking about it a lot of the older songs will be rising from being streamed heavily last night!

Light It Up would have been easily top 40 if there wasn't streaming data missing. :(

I'm thinking the gift card effect has just made sales have more weight than usual this week. Instead of the ratio being 70/30, maybe it's more like 55/45?
Surely "The Hills" wouldn't have climbed if there was a lot of streaming data missing though?

The early streaming is in but the late streaming has to be missing if Major Lazer missed... he was #13 on Spotify on Wednesday and #10 yesterday...

Light It Up would have been easily top 40 if there wasn't streaming data missing. :(

Didn't it fall a lot on downloads this week though? I know it's climbing again now, but I wasn't expecting it to climb this week...

Thursday streaming data is never included ever though

Ah, had forgotten about that... Maybe they found a way to get the data on time because it's a special case on New Year's Eve?
