Great to see the Snakehips song doing so well, finally giving Tinashe a decent sized hit, and nice to see Chance The Rapper getting another hit as well! It's far better than the other Snakehips songs I've heard (via BJSC) as well ~

tbf you are right though. Days With You and AMF do sound quite different and I'm glad AMF the better twin is getting the big success.

Heart have started playing the Little Mix song quite a bit too! Once BBC Radio 1 get on board I think it'll manage top 5 quite easily. :cheer:

 

Amazing to see Craig David top 10 on iTunes! :cheer: Hopefully this'll mean Capital will play it a bunch and that BBC Radio 1 will A-list the song in the future. :D

 

Great to see Rachel Plattern just outside the top 100 on iTunes with "Stand By You"! It's recently started to get a whole bunch of airplay. Fingers crossed Heart will at least get on board.

Seriously though Snakehips' other songs are all incredibly forgettable. Being a commercial hoe isn't bad when the commercial songs are actually better :magic:

I had a feeling Snakehips would get a hit sooner or later. Good thing it's with the best one I've heard them on, you'd expect their tracks to... ahem... live up to their name, their past BJSC ones have not done that to me at all (although I barely remember how they go now :kink: )

It'll all come down to streaming if she keeps selling well like this (and I'm not sure how she's doing on Spotify atm so).

 

She might have a chance at sneaking in next week.

 

We saw just how hard it is for a song to get top 40 with Craig David as an example - solid iTunes top 20 sales and decent streaming but still he couldn't get top 40 (glad that's changed now :P)

I think Pia could sneak it next week. She's still on the Radio 1 B-list between Friday - Sunday.
