January 11, 201610 yr The laughable claims that Adele is over - she's outsold every album that has been released since 21 with the exception of X. Perhaps I'm missing one or two albums but 2.5 million selling albums don't come along every year.
January 11, 201610 yr WINGS is at 61 in the update and Keeping your head up is already out after one week of charting. The song just won't happen, sadly. It really had potential to be at least a moderate hit. :(
January 11, 201610 yr Someone is still funding Pixie Lott, I think Adele is safe. My bank balance is seriously hurt right now.

January 11, 201610 yr Pretty much all Bowie albums are out of stock on pretty much every site... it looks to me like he's selling as many as is physically possible. Edited January 11, 201610 yr by dandy*
January 11, 201610 yr MJ spent 5 weeks at no1 in the albums when he died wonder how long Bowie could top it, albeit different times of the year. It will also be interesting to see how the brand new albums sales react. What a legend. Sounds strange but really want to watch the tv show Life of Mars. Edited January 11, 201610 yr by Steve201
January 11, 201610 yr It's playlisting only comes into effect this week I think so give it chance! Yeah,Radio is playing it a lot this week, let's hope they promote her more this time.Does she have a chance to be playlisted on Capital, they haven't touched her music so far?
January 11, 201610 yr Pretty much all Bowie albums are out of stock on pretty much every site... it looks to me like he's selling as many as is physically possible. His albums appear to be selling very well digitally - currently holds the top 5 albums on iTunes with Adele #6 and another album at #7, with many others in the top 40. Could see huge sales this week and next week - as it's likely shops will get a bigger stock of David Bowie albums for the weekend.
January 11, 201610 yr Really thrilled with Little Mix Secret Love Song top 25, please continue increasing. Considering the time of year all the top 5 album look set to have extremely decent sales this week.
January 11, 201610 yr The laughable claims that Adele is over - she's outsold every album that has been released since 21 with the exception of X. Perhaps I'm missing one or two albums but 2.5 million selling albums don't come along every year. They're joking.
January 11, 201610 yr It isn't funny though. As I said in an earlier comment, no it isn't funny. It's been done to death.
January 11, 201610 yr I see Blackstar has sold out on amazon, and it's not as if they wouldn't have had many copies in stock which may be the case with his other albums
January 11, 201610 yr OK let's move on from the joke and whether it's funny or not please, guys! That's not funny :P couldn't resist!
January 11, 201610 yr The only way she can recover next week is to die. Even if she died this week, she wouldn't have enough days to outsell Blackstar. /kobbar well, that's funny for sure!
January 11, 201610 yr reassuring that 'love yourself' is still well ahead of 'stitches', with streaming data missing hopefully 'sorry' can stay ahead of mendes as well! ^_^ what with snakehips, craig david, major lazer, years & years, david guetta, and robin schulz, all climbing ~ 11-20 is such a sweet spot in the chart this week  :yahoo:  fitting tribute for david bowie (rip :( ) to take the #1 album~ already a fair number of posthumous album sales this week with elvis presley, amy winehouse (x2), cilla black, whitney houston, and michael jackson top40~
January 11, 201610 yr already a fair number of posthumous album sales this week with elvis presley, amy winehouse (x2), cilla black, whitney houston, and michael jackson top40~ I wonder will this be a record for most posthumous appearances in the Top 40.
