Amazing result in the mids :cheer: Expecting it to climb as many of the new entries above it will be very front loaded, the fact the album is holding up so well shows that ‘Golden’ has appealed to the general public too.

I’m getting more optimistic about the long term success of the album with further single releases, promo, and tour still to come and the fact she’s celebrating 30 years since the release of ISBSL this year which will create further media exposure and interest.

It is welcoming that the album has remained steady since release. It is also likely that she will drop no lower this week and most likely will overtake some of the front loaded indie releases that will fade as the week finishes out.

Top 12 would still be great but a 5th week top 10 would be a little sweeter. The performance to date does indicate she has appealed to the general public with this album and i feel it will also stay on the charts for a while as this release has a solid strategy behind it which is wonderful as some of her releases in the last few years have been handled abysmally.

Remains #14 today with 3.3k sales sold so far. Don't think it's going to manage getting back into the Top 10 but still pretty decent all the same.

Pleased with that for week 5 and she could still climb a place or two which would be fantastic - looking good to respond well to upcoming promo/single releases.

Listened to first, got two to listen to this weekend.

nice range of songs and some great remixes.

13 not bad. Can it stay top 20 next week? Fingers crossed.

A few price promo's around her birthday maybe? or a new single would give it a boost.

Down to #13 today. It has exceeded 80,000 total sales!

Chart run has exceeded my expectations so far (1-4-6-10-13) and she’s well on her way to snatching that Gold certification :cheer:

It is yet another steady week for the album although i secretly hoped she would be top 12.

It would be wonderful if she can maintain the steady chart run and the channel 5 show should help give the album a shot at staying top 15 this week.

The chart run for Golden is pretty similar to that of Aphrodite tbh! 1-2-4-8-14 vs. 1-4-6-10-13

It's crazy how post Malone can stay so high and only sold 2.6k physicals. Streaming really is silly.

And let's not forget how many discounted copies in that KMO Total. Remember those 99p Google play offers

Golden is now the 11th best selling album of 2018 according to Vidcapper's thread in the chart forum! :cheer:

Fantastic  By my reckoning that makes her the third highest selling artist album that was actually released in 2018 (behind George Ezra & Camila Cabello).

Quite impressive when you put it like that!

Would be great to see this make it into the Top 10 YTD but I'm guessing Arctic Monkeys will debut within there this week.

I doubt she will be top 20 next week. Looks to be struggling now on many sales charts. But let's see.
