Jonas Blue's song is on the iTunes front page under 'Hot Songs'. This is probably helping a lot.

Front page on "Hot Songs" on iTunes has clearly helped somewhat. I think it'll probably be #2 this week and if continues to increase at this rate, and gets a really strong lead, COULD be #1 :unsure: It depends how fast its streaming jumps up.

I don't think it's been mentioned in this thread, but the reason for Riton climbing is that it is the Radio 1 track of the day today.

Great to see "Stand By You" in the top 40. It's been getting a lot of plays from smaller stations and hoping BBC Radio 1/Heart will get on board at least.

 

Elle King and Jason Derulo should go top 10 on iTunes in a couple days - so many new songs going into the top 10 on iTunes! Hopefully there'll be a big surge of new songs occupying the top of the streaming chart soon as well.

Why are two different people(s) releasing a cover of fast car at the same time lol? Are they both different styles or something?

I'm Famous has just been released so expect it to climb the chart a fair bit

just listened to the two versions, and the Tobtok version is much much better, first, the girl can sing much better than the one in Jonas Blue, which sounds weird, either she has a weird voice or they added some weird effects to it... and the general vibe of the Tobtok version is much nicer, more chill out house... really surprised it's the Jonas Blue version taking over :)

#5 on original release in the 80s, re-peaked at #4 a few years ago after being used on X-Factor (I believe?)
