Posted October 4, 20159 yr  All Saints are reportedly "really excited" to record new music and all four members - Mel Blatt, Shaznay Lewis, Nicole Appleton and Natalie Appleton - are said to be on board. A source said: "The girls are really excited but the decision to make new music almost happened by accident. They had a great time supporting the Backstreet Boys on tour last year performing their old hits and thought there would be no harm done if they messed about together in the studio. "The stuff they came up with sounded so good they thought, 'Shall we just go for it?' The songs are mainly being written with Shaznay as usual, and have the All Saints vibe running through them, but it's still very modern and pop." And the insider insists there is no rivalry between the 'Never Ever' hitmakers and the Spice Girls, who are also rumoured to be making a comeback next year. The insider added to The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "It is a complete coincidence that both comebacks could happen at the same time. "All Saints are great pals with the Spice Girls - especially Emma Bunton and Mel C - so there will be no rivalry." Oh I am so here for this if it's true! I really wanted to see them on the Backstreet Boys tour mentioned above a couple of years ago so even some live dates of their own would suit me fine but new album too would be amazing. I know Shaznay Tweeted a picture of her in the studio with K-Gee their old producer recently  Edited March 19, 20169 yr by ThePensmith
October 4, 20159 yr I have a £10 on them using separate cabs half-way through their new single campaign and talks of a rift, which lead into a split as they flop. Their last album was one of the worst things I have EVEr heard - Chick Flick was literal vomit - except for Rock Steayd which was actually v, good. Based on their last album, this one will be shoite, like all All Saints albums tbh but without the added benefits of youthful beauty and a few catcchy Xenomania/ William Orbit-backed singles.
October 4, 20159 yr I thought Studio 1 was an excellent album. The two singles, On & On, Scar and Flashback were all great. I'd be interested in hearing a new album!
October 4, 20159 yr All of those songs were bland and pointless, especially Chick FLick - my god that was up there with the worst singles of all time! Even Appleton's everything Eventually Harry Potter ode was better.
October 4, 20159 yr As long as they give us another 'Rock Steady' & 'Pure Shores', I will be on board. I was always "Team Spice Girls" and All Saints never (ever - lmfao etc..) really appealed to me. I preferred my pop to be upbeat and fun most of the time. None of this "We're so real and serious, you should like us coz we're cool and credible" business. Similar situation to always preferring Girls Aloud over Sugababes I guess. I have only come round to 'Pure Shores' in the last 6 years or so, but that's just due to my taste in music generally growing and appreciating the things way back when that I didn't really take too much notice of.
October 4, 20159 yr One of my favourite girl bands Pure Shores is pure excellence along with Never Ever, I would welcome new material from them, their last album was pretty good bar a few tracks.
October 4, 20159 yr Don't they always split DURING their recording sessions? http://i.imgur.com/CqwOO4Y.gif Sometimes during, sometimes after, sometimes due to poor sales. They've surely split up and reformed more times than the rest of us have had hot dinners.Â
October 5, 20159 yr Would love this to happen! Can't believe that next year will mark 10 years since Rock Steady/Studio 1.
October 6, 20159 yr Author They played a show at Roundhouse in Camden last night...picture afterwards:  Their friend on the right is DJ BeatNikk, their onstage DJ... Shaznay and Nic look awesome here. Natalie looks totally different!
October 9, 20159 yr I liked Rock Steady and el was an interesting host on X Factor NZ so this could be good!
January 1, 20169 yr Author So this teaser picture went live across their social media accounts at midnight last night...  Looks like something is happening anyway!
January 1, 20169 yr So this teaser picture went live across their social media accounts at midnight last night...  Looks like something is happening anyway! Is that image their way of saying that they're relaunch single is going to be a cover of 'I'm Not Going to Teach Your Girlfriend How To Dance With You'? -  Â
January 1, 20169 yr Author Goodness me I'd forgotten about that song! It'd be a nice album cover though...nice to see as well they're going back to their old style logo from the first album era!
January 2, 20169 yr Was never a big All Saints fan but i did love and still like Pure Shores, never ever was ok too but outside that i bought nothing else from them. Their last comeback wasnt exactly successful so i cant see this doing much either but best to luck to them.
