March 8, 20169 yr They could have easily squeezed Stormzy onto disc 2. They could easily edit out the rant he has at the end of the song. Surprised it's not on there as it was a big hit and it has appeared on other compilations LOL! There's more chance of pigs flying than there is of Stormzy appearing on a Now! album.
March 13, 20169 yr 44 songs are good enough seeing as disc 1 is full up. Disc 2 has 2:54 space which they could have either included "Rinse & Repeat" or left "Adventure Of A Lifetime", "Girls Like" and "The Sound" untouched
March 13, 20169 yr what's your obsession with the running time of these albums? it is odd that Riton doesn't get a place here when they have room for noted SMASH HIT 'Something Good' by Mount & Nicholas Haelg.
March 13, 20169 yr what's your obsession with the running time of these albums? The point is when there's space, fill it up. When there's no space, fair enough
March 13, 20169 yr The point is when there's space, fill it up. When there's no space, fair enough I personally dont feel like its essential they fill up the space
March 17, 20169 yr I don't think it is essential that they use all of the running time but when there's space left, why leave songs cut down?
March 20, 20169 yr NOW 93 could have been the latest album in the series to feature an appearance from an act who appeared on NOW 1 if "Let's Dance" wasn't missed out. Also, they couldn't be bothered to include songs which were released a week or two before the album yet they could be bothered to fill it up with songs which flopped and also, no Fifth Harmony and if they wanted to include James Bay, they should have included "Best Fake Smile" instead of "If You Ever Want To Be In Love" Edited March 20, 20169 yr by Hadji
March 21, 20169 yr It's not that they can't be bothered, it's just they don't always get the licensing rights to put every song on.
March 21, 20169 yr It's not that they can't be bothered, it's just they don't always get the licensing rights to put every song on. They have the rights to Fifth Harmony and Meghan Trainor but didn't bother to include them. They lost the rights to artists such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Adele etc. the day Sony took over Edited March 21, 20169 yr by Hadji
March 21, 20169 yr They have the rights to Fifth Harmony and Meghan Trainor but didn't bother to include them. They lost the rights when Sony took over The compilers would have had no knowledge of these songs when finalising the tracklist, they were both released on air on sale in the last three weeks and the tracklist was finalised before that.
March 21, 20169 yr I am so so in love with the Girls Like Edit  It gets rid of that awful last minute and it flows so much better! Will post the tracks I downloaded onto my iPod/Phone later but absolutely shocked that Disc 2 is a lot better for one of the first times for me :o
March 21, 20169 yr They have the rights to Fifth Harmony and Meghan Trainor but didn't bother to include them. They lost the rights to artists such as Rihanna, Taylor Swift and Adele etc. the day Sony took over Meghan Trainor is no big loss, as No hasn't taken off yet. Plus as gooddelta said, the Now compilers wouldn't have had access to either song when the tracklisting was being finalised. Either way, it's certainly not a case of the Now team being "bothered" to put certain songs on or not. There's no personal agenda behind the compiling of the tracklisting.
