This was always my least favourite of theirs. From the sample to the bleep noise and the ha-ha-ha's it's all a big ball of No for me. Nicole just about saves it.
Red Dress is my least favourite Sugas song, never liked it. Beep is quite a bit better but not GREAT. Top end of the chart suddenly falling down a bit.

I love this from PCD (and I didn't really like neither Don't Cha nor Stickwitu)

#2

Up next is an infamous future chart topper, climbing here from 5 the week before. It would go on to be the lowest selling number 1 of the decade and be knocked off the top spot by the first ever download only number 1. Plus it was my first ever personal chart number 1!

also think Beep is kinda meh, like Pussycat Dolls on automatic pilot... doesn't compare to Don't Cha
Eh, two quite non-essential girlgroup songs here. Have always hated Beep in particular :puke: Somewhat appropriate to the launch of Buzzjack that they were both in the top 5 though!

Biography

Orson was a Brit Award-winning American rock band from Hollywood, California, formed in 2000.

Originally the band called itself Halogen. Their self-financed first album, Bright Idea, released by Mercury Records in 2006, was produced in Los Angeles by Noah Shain and achieved chart success in the UK with the first single, "No Tomorrow". The album and single both debuted at number 1 (UK). Bright Idea went Platinum in the UK charts and has gone on to sell just under a million copies worldwide. - Wikipedia

Chart history - Top 100 (Year peak title):

2006 01 No Tomorrow -1-

2006 11 Bright Idea -2-

2006 27 Happiness -3-

2007 21 Ain't No Party -1-

low debut in albums for Shakira despite Don't Bother being a hit and considering the Laundry Service era did so well

Well she left it too long a gap in the UK and then the material wasn't as captivating as Laundry Service. They would recommission the album later to include 'Hips Don't Lie'.

Red Dress - awful

Beep - great

Touch the Sky wasn't too bad at all but he did relay on well known samples for his big hits - making him no better than Will Smith,

I'd say I haven't heard the Orson song not even once in the last 10 years :)
No Tomorrow! If only Buzzjack had come into existence a week later, it'd have had an amazing birth #1. I play it so much.

Go SO MUCH LOVE for this! I'd sing my lungs out when home alone to this, what an anthem!
