After Stacey mentioned he was in the shower and a couple of scenes had passed, I thought we weren't going to see him and I thought the sheer dismay on here would have been a picture! :P

 

I really liked Alison and Kyle's scenes but, as much as Denise is a great actress, I couldn't see her as anything but Denise Welch, which is something I've been able to look passed with her Corrie and Waterloo Road characters, although the fact she was in both for long stints probably helped.

Well if you do search for the actors name on google you might find some pretty pictures of him just saying ;)

I'm fairly certain Sonia's cancer scare isn't being played out for comedy value but I can't help howling over it.

 

I mean, the look on Dot's face as we hear Sonia exclaim 'I'm scared Tina won't like me anymore cos I won't have booooobs!'

I'd like to see her back too, particular for that! Denise said she wouldn't rule a return out, which I know is what a lot of one-off appearance characters say but it's a point in the right direction.

 

In a way I'm 'glad' Alison didn't turn back and say she would try and accept Kylie by the end of the episode, which I thought was coming when she cried into the flowers. A happily ever after scenario like that wouldn't be convincing for me and it's not like Eastenders or DTC to shy away from the harsh face of reality when it comes to issue-led storylines.

Have to admit that Sonia's sudden outburst about her boobs & desirability, to Dot of all people, did amuse me as well. :blush:

That man bun is already annoying me. At least Roxy's ratty extensions haven't made a comeback.
