Similar in some ways Work From Home is much better and executed with quality in mind as opposed to 'worworworworwor' I mean COME ON she may as well have left the 'k' off the title of the song. And it sounds like she's drunk while singing that part :lol:

There's been so much shit about Rihanna's diction/enunciation in "Work" and it did leave me confused at first listen, but Caribbean patois is a thing guys! This isn't the same thing as Sia (as much as I love her) trying to sing in English while being injected with anesthesia.

Yep, but she hasn't peaked at 2 for a while though, the last one was almost 6 years ago: “Love The Way You Lie”.

'Love The Way You Lie' is nearly 6 years old??? That has really thrown me, it genuinely feels like about 3 years old to me :mellow:

 

But yes, Rihanna getting 16 UK Top 2 hits by the age of 28 is a pretty remarkable achievement! She still has a long way to go to beat Madonna's record of 33 Top 3 singles though.

I'm surprised at how well Work From Home is doing too! I thought they'd pop into the top 20 for a few hours and then freefall but they are still sitting pretty in the top 15 in their 4th day on release. I wonder if radio is onboard yet?
