oh my Kelly Clarkson #41 now, didn't get how a performance on American Idol could have such effect but now I've seen it, goosebumps, best and most emotional tv performance I've ever watched

I just watched the video now solely due to your comment and wow what a way for the first American Idol to give their last performance on the show that made them. So glad it is #1 on US iTunes. She deserves it after that.

#4. Mike Posner "I Took A Pill In Ibiza (SeeB Remix)"

Music video premiered about an hour or so ago:

Should see it increase more over the next few days as it gets put into rotation on the music channels.

Kelly recorded that same piano version of the song last night. As to when it'll be on iTunes, who knows! Hopefully by today or tomorrow at least to capitalise on the momentum, before all of it is completely lost!
Marc Cohn's version of "Walking In Memphis" has randomly climbed to #143
if only American Idol had the same impact in the UK... in the US Piece by Piece is selling 50% more than the rest... #40 in the UK now

It's selling not 50% but 100% more than the rest: 1/0.5=2 (2-1)*100%=100%. So even more impressive!

Ty Dolla $ign has appeared on loads of songs over the past 12 months, so I always thought he could have a chart hit eventually. I go through phases where I cannot get enough of his voice.
Just curious: how did "Paranoid" do in the UK?

I feel Rinse & Repeat needs to be higher if it wants a chart play... mind you its streaming is fairly healthy.
I tried listening to that new Carly song (as it's Carly) and lasted just over a minute before I had to switch off in disgust. Though I get that it's a specific theme song for a TV show, so it's okay.
I prefer the new Carly song to her whole last album oops :kink:

06. Zara Larsson - Lush Life

08. Adele - When We Were Young

09. Tinie Tempah Feat Zara Larsson - Girls Like

13. Fifth Harmon Feat T Dolla $ign - Work From Home

35. Kelly Clarkson - Piece By Piece! [At least she could get another top 100 from this album campaign]

47. Selena Gomez - Hands To Myself

That new Carly track is alright, but not a patch on her usual standards. But as mr_pmt mentioned it's for a TV show so it was unlikely to be that amazing anyway. I had a similar reaction to Zedd's Candyman, as that is more or less an advert for MnMs :P

When We Were Young already plummeting on iTunes.

It will be top 10, but not top 5 imo.

Oh! Just noticed that Delete by DMA's is finally top 100 at #71 :cheer:  :w00t:

I just hope their album is top 20 next Friday!

Yeah, I could see it peaking around #7 or #8. It's on 45% now and is falling rather fast! Wouldn't surprise me if the top edition dropped out of the top 10 tomorrow.
