February 29, 20169 yr There's a massive difference in that Lena could sing, Satellites was good and Lena wasn't a complete and utter raging douchecunt 'If I Was Sorry' is still a good song and he sings it appropriately enough to charm his audience - like she did back in 2010. Personality won't count for much during those 3 minutes on stage for the casual voter in Malta.
March 1, 20169 yr MF tracks in Sweden's Spotify top ten today...WOW at those numbers for Frans! 1 If I Were Sorry - Frans - 546,787 2 Youniverse - Molly Sandén - 224,480 4 Bada Nakna - Samir & Viktor - 212,172 5 Constellation Prize - Robin Bengtsson - 206,694 7 Human - Oscar Zia - 186,424 9 Håll om mig hårt - Panetoz - 174,427 10 Kizunguzungu - SaRaha - 166,281
March 1, 20169 yr I think Frans will need to suffer a battering from the Jury to stop him getting the prize. Is this likely? Will the Jury warm to the fact it's an "in" sound and/or shade him for basically being inequipped at holding a tune?! I do hope so...
March 1, 20169 yr I think even if the juries rank Frans dead last, he will still take the prize by the overwhelming televote numbers he looks likely to receive.
March 1, 20169 yr I really hope Constellation Prize gets a global push somehow, seeing as it's got no chance of winning this now that Frans has shown up. I guess it's more likely to just be another Busy Doin' Nothin'...wasted potential.
March 2, 20169 yr Christer Björkman will be revealing the running order for the final live, during andra chansen.
March 2, 20169 yr Doesn't work in the UK unfortunately, not sure if it's blocked anywhere else... 4emC0VDQGz8
March 5, 20169 yr Swedish official charts (finalists and AC only) 1. Frans 4. Samir & Viktor 8. SaRaha *.* 11. Molly Sanden 13. Robin Bengtsson (thought this would do better...still expect it to come top three in the final) 17. Oscar Zia 20. Panetoz 22. Lisa Ajax 26. Wiktoria 31. Albin & Mattias 32. Boris Rene 34. Ace Wilder 45. Dolly Style 49. David Lindgren 50. Isa (the SaRaha/Isa duel is so intriguing...Isa is the bigger star with the bigger sounding song, yet SaRaha's song has captured the public's attention more) 66. Molly Petterson Hammar (bless her)
March 5, 20169 yr Swedish official charts (finalists and AC only) 13. Robin Bengtsson (thought this would do better...still expect it to come top three in the final) To be fair all the finalists (bar AC entrants) have only had 5 and a bit days on Spotify. Its currently #3 on Spotify so will climb a lot next week. If Robin had had the full week it would have likely debuted in the top 5.
