Just read through everything I missed due to me not really wanting to multi-task too much during the hosting of the LoveChart results (sorry for the inconvenience of the two result shows happening at the same time btw but both received a good amount of posts anyway).

This part of Bré's post is something I feel like I could've said myself:

This contest was a bit of fun I guess and a nice anniversary celebration (kinda regretting not looking for a more serious entry lol) but I really can't wait now to get stuck back into the regular contests, I need those juicy new music discoveries again :o

It was a great idea to have this celebration with all these songs, I do kinda wish I had made an effort to look for a serious entry but at the time I didn't really know where to begin. Some of you had fairly inspired reasons for why the song you sent was relevant to the 10-year anniversary contest. Slightly wish I would've gone in that direction as well. However, I really just could not resist sending Majela, plus people have said on plug that someone should send her to the contest already :lol: So I took that step. Thanks to everyone who enjoyed it and sent some pointage my way.

And yes, also very much looking forward to the next regular contest. I'm 100% sure what I'll be sending and it's NOT that slightly joke-y entry I have been talking about previously (it's not really THAT joke-y, but it is a bit, haha), as I'm already sick of that and I've already gotten the sending of a joke-y entry out of my system now, haha. So I won't be sending that probably ever, instead I have another slightly quirky (but not joke-y) song next *.* (I kinda associate it with my 'Calm Down' and 'Alchemy' entries in terms of style) Can't wait to sit down and discover more tunes from everyone ^_^

Finally, congratulations to Jade on the win! Interesting situation you're in, haha, three non-regular contest wins. I do think you'll win a regular contest one day.

This was incredibly uninteresting as a competition. I've never cared LESS about a BJSC as with this competition.

The votes were REALLY unfair vs. novelty songs when it's meant to be an anniversary edition. The 'mixed' votes people sent were 1 or 2 points per novelty song, at best, which wasn't a mix.

Sorry, but it was really ... beige.
