I would LOVE All Saints to make the top 100. One Strike is very current and it'ss a great song, a clear example of Radio 1 not playlisting based on individual merit like they say they do I think, cause they would hammer this if Taylor Swift released it.

They played 'One Strike' On Clara's show (because she's a fan), a few weeks back and I was thinking how wonderfully it slotted in with Radio 1's overall sound. Huge shame really, they could have had a really big campaign with more than just Radio 2 support.

^make sense to me, the song with The Throne is like a shoe-in for the US market, One Dance is more European I'd say

Everything All Saints have done this era is completely brilliant. If only they had more radio/TV support and streams.

 

At least the album should do a lot better than Studio 1, in terms of peak and maybe longevity at least.

I am fully expecting the All Saints album to have a decent opening after how decently 'One Strike' has held up and with the instant grats not going by completely unnoticed either. It would appear people are enjoying the new music and there is certainly a level of hype bubbling.

 

Maybe somewhere between 8-12k with a top 5 placement?

My guess is 6-7k and #8-#13, but it's certainly got far more hype and praise surrounding it than Studio 1 (apart from the lack of a hit lead single).

I think if they had just a bit of promo this next week, Davidson's predictions would be correct, but as they don't I think it'll fall a little short.

All Saints are A-listed on radio 2, obviously it does not have a major effect on the singles chart but I think it has a big effect on albums, so the album might do better than you predict, I think top 5 for sure

Yeah I can see All Saints easily managing a Top 3/5 place, should get the highest new entry at least (their only threat to that would be Deftones really)
