A few I have on CD single that should have done WAY better:

 

Jealousy - Lucy (#30 in 2006 - sort of like Supermen Lovers, but then it's the same singer I believe)

 

 

Chicane - No Ordinary Morning (#28 in 2000 - the follow up to Don't Give Up, absolutely gorgeous but it didn't catch on at all)

 

 

Eclipse - Makes Me Love You (#25 in 1999 - Sister Sledge cover, but such good production <3 Actually doesn't sound particularly dated now tbh)

This minor hit in 2005 would have been big in 2014 probably. Really ahead of its time - production similar to the likes of Kingande-Jubel.

TIL that my charting song "Marnik, Widemode, The Golden Army - Take Me Away" wasn't original, after learning that DJ Paul Elstak is about to release a hard dance remake of the same song with THE GANG (Sickmode & Rooler).

 

That original "Take Me Away" was a eurodance song released in 2011 by the Dutch DJ Danceboy. Charting nowhere, the song seems to be popular among dance fans in the Netherlands, Germany, Romania, and Poland.

i was going through my 1st ever personal chart from may 2021 and i had heat by paul woolford & amber mark at #2! just played it again and its a bop! didnt do much offically though! seems perfect for this category :kink:
