At least my highlights are through. St. Burbia was really unusually good for its genre as well :( Deandria wasn't TOO far off my votes either although all my other nearlies made it.

 

In semi 2.... what are you doing with Suedeonia and Aelandor so low? Maybe I just listened to Said The Sky a lot more than some other entries but it's kind of beautiful :( And Harmonica missing out is really unfortunate, I'd have given that LOADS of points.

 

Still looks to be a rather good final with most of my ultimate faves in there.

FSR Rontvia coming back for proper relevance this year? :o I could see this month's entry of yours being a bit of a dark horse too, though not to the extent of last month.

 

Really hoping Danaelanda can keep up the streak we've got too, if we can outdo our previous streak of nine that would be great. :cheer:

 

I've been pretty hopeless the last few years, last year in particular I was so short of inspiration every month. I'm finding songs I really love again this year and that I feel passionate about sending which has reinvigorated my love for the contest.

 

Then again, that could also be because there seems to be an increased community feel this year, moreso than ever before, and a few of the BJSC discoveries are already amongst my favourite songs of the year - the quality seems generally high across the board.

 

Danaelanda of course are one of my favourite and most consistently pointed countries so I'm happy that you're joining me on the 7Q streak.

Wow, didn't think I'd qualify this time, as I was worst on Plug and have no hype. Just goes to show you how unreliable that is as a good barometer for ACTUAL results.

Daehun's song was basically '4 Walls' but not as good. Still sounded like a qualifier though. Gawd knows how '4 Walls' missed out back then.
