Kicking off the top 10 is Now 43 victor Right Here, Right Now. Another song to amass 2 top scores helps earn become the first track in this reveal to crack the 70 point barrier.

9. Britney Spears - ...Baby One More Time

Average Score per Vote: 5.54 [13th]

Highest Score: 9 (Jonjo, Nick F1, Riser & Spinning Adam)

The second Britney track to fall leaving just Toxic to fight it out. She is the only artist with 2 songs in the top 10 so an achievement in itself there. Interestingly the Now 44 victor was 1 of only 6 tracks in the final to not receive a top score but made up for that with four votes of 9.

A track a good number may have expected to win the whole thing bows out in 8th. Bad Romance, winner of Now 75 earned top 2 scores & 13 votes in total to ease into the top 10.

A bit of a surprise next as I can now reveal this was the track which dominated in Semi 1 finishing a whole 36 points ahead of 2nd place. The Now 47 winner however suffered a slow start in the final, surprisingly being the last track to receive points however ends up at the highest placed to song to not receive a top score instead picking up numerous 8's & 9's.

Missing the top 5 by a solitary point is Now 82 victor Call Me Maybe. Only receiving 12 votes, the joint lowest in the top 10, however of generally high amounts was a contributing factor to its high finishing position.

The most recent winner to feature in the final, of Now 88, lands home in the top 5. It was near the top of the scoreboard for the majority of the rate & received the joint second highest number of votes overall.

Finishing a very impressive 4th is Another Chance, the champion of Now 49. Picking up some very high scores throughout it put up a superb challenge to the plethora of female vocal tracks & was not too far behind the top 3.

Are these troll results? Or have Buzzjack just become a little bit less predictable!? :o

I really thought 'Bad Romance' was gonna win (or come 2nd at worst) and 'Baby One More Time' I thought was a shoe-in for top 3!

Great to see 'Another Chance' high though. What a stunner.

No these really are the bona fide results! :D I'm surprised (in a good way) at some of them myself

So the top 3, the medal earners, the tips of the iceberg are as follows:

Britney Spears - Toxic

Rihanna feat. Calvin Harris - We Found Love

Robyn & Kleerup - With Every Heartbeat

Edited by Ðøßßø

I really CAN'T at 'Everytime' being as low as 19... I was confident of a top 5 placing :\ WTH!?

Especially with that Fatboy Slim rubbish managing to make the top 10 :puke: :puke:

No. Just No.

Amazing for Fatboy Slim to make the top 10  Especially for a song quite a bit older than most of the top 10! Baby One More Time and Bad Romance out already is surprising, the top 3 isn't really, but they're all fantastic so would be deserving winners.

3. Robyn & Kleerup - With Every Heartbeat

Total Score: 88

Total Votes: 13

Average Score per Vote: 6.77 [3rd]

Highest Score: 10 (dandy*, DJHazey & Jester)

The top 3 all received 3 scores of 10 each & were all generally high scoring so it was mainly due to the number received in the end! In third position is Now 68 winner With Every Heartbeat. After a very slow start the track picked up significantly during the middle stages but couldn't quite catch up to the streaking away top 2...

So the runner's up spot once again in another contest goes to We Found Love! The Now 80 winner in fact led almost all the way through the final right until finally being usurped by the eventual winner. With a total score of 93 including 3 max scores the track put up a superb fight & was very close to taking the crown.

However the winner's winner is...

So there you have it! After more than 2 years of 60 Rates, 2 Semis & 1 Final we have crowned the Ultimate Now Track which is Britney Spear's Toxic! Not only did the song achieve the highest score, the only one to surpass 100 points, it picked up the most votes & indeed was the winner of its Semi (again, finishing ahead of We Found Love). In fact the whole top 6 of this rate featured in Semi 2. The Now 57 champion only took the lead & thereafter the victory during the last 2 votes received so it was really was a grandstand finish! Needless to say, a huge congratulations to Buzzjack's Ultimate Now Song - Toxic.

A big thanks to the 27 other participants in this final & indeed those who ever took part in any Now affiliated rate. I feel obliged to conduct a farewell closure on the proceedings which I will do so in a separate post in due course (along with some juicy statistics) but all I will say for NOW is...

Roger Sanchez top 5 and higher than 'Bad Romance'?! :o That is quite incredible! Oh BuzzJack's music taste, you do have your moments *.*

'Toxic' is a fabulous winner! By far Britney's best song that has very much stood the test of time.

Thanks for doing this Dobbo!

What an utterly shite #1 Good to see Rather Be do well :music:
Toxic seems a very deserved winner - happy for Another Chance and With Every Heartbeat going top 5, Say It Right was done wrong though!

I completely forgot about this :drama: but it looks like the Britney stans didn't need my help after all! Such a well-deserving winner!

I say you could do the US NOW! versions, as they're pretty lengthy as well. I'd like to see the UK public react to the NOW! Next songs from the 2012 versions on.

Who's Roger Sanchez? :P Bad Romance lost to them?

Robyn making the Top 3 makes up for all that though.

There was just 1 more thing I wanted to post (and been meaning to for a while now) which was the entire list of Rate winners in order of highest average scores per their editions...
