I am delighted to announce that nearly all the AF mods have #ComeTogether to bring you the Artist Forum Song Contest! cheer.gif Our first contest is happening very soon and the best part of it is YOU get to decide what each forum's entry will be! The mods of each participating AF will be holding national finals in each of their forums over the next month before we all meet up in the Girls Aloud forum for the grand final! We've also decided to select a theme for the contest and that theme is... Should've been a single! (This will be started in a NEW thread soon!) I'll keep this thread updated with which forums are currently holding their national finals but in the mean time, here is a list of the AFs currently confirmed to be taking part! August 23, 20168 yr Ashamed to say I'm not clued up on the Minogues albums so I hope I make some great discoveries with this!
August 23, 20168 yr 'Fever', 'Secret (Take Me Home)', 'Like a Drug', 'Aphrodite' and 'Cupid Boy' pop to mind as songs that are often referred to as singles that never were. Of course, there's 'Your Disco Needs You' but that did get released in some countries so I'm unsure if that'll count.
August 23, 20168 yr Author OKAY. We might as well get cracking, so it's all done and dusted as soon as possible. In this thread, nominate up to 5 songs that you wish to see represent Kylie in this contest. Also add Dannii too if you want, if we get enough then we might enter both. Remember this is not just "let's send this it should have been a single" and "i love this" We don't want the song to flop. August 23, 20168 yr Everyone nominate the Garibay tracks (aside from Black & White obv) When you posted about 'Glow' I instantly thought of the incredible 'Your Body'. :wub: That's the sort of music I want Kylie releasing today. There's several songs I personally would have liked to have been singles ('Loving Days', 'Sleeping with the Enemy') but I'm trying to think of songs that lots would agree with.

August 24, 20168 yr Forgive me Regina i thought it was a situation where we were all allowed to make our own decisions on songs that we as individuals thought would make great singles. Had i known you had to agree with every choice before we posted i would have contacted you directly.
August 24, 20168 yr Author It's a contest that we ideally want Kylie to do well in, if not win. Sending a cheesy 80's song wont do that, so don't be so bloody snippy.
