October 6, 20168 yr Author I know I'm probably just saying this because Perfect Illusion flopped everywhere but this would've made a better lead single instead of that. I don't think it's AMAZING but then I've never been huge on her ballads but I think it's nice and listenable but more than anything it's FRIENDLY and radio probably would've been a lot more accepting of it. It's also very true to Gaga herself and could almost be a Stefani Germanotta penned track from 2007!

October 6, 20168 yr I knew I wasn't going to get "classic Gaga", I doubt that's coming from this project at all. But I still expected something better than what sounds like a Nickleback B side. Her vocals sound great though, and much nicer than they do in Perfect Illusion. I'm not sure what kind of audience this album is aimed at, but I guess Gaga is just doing her thing and what she loves so I respect her for that.

October 6, 20168 yr Yeah it's a lot better than PI but that's hardly hard. It is a nice little melodic song and it does seem true to her so congrats etc. but it's the kind of thing that doesn't really have any replay value for me. Don't feel like I'll get anything more out of it from repeated listens.

Lovely song <3 Perfect as an instant grat, but I can definitely see why they attempted 'Perfect Illusion' over this as the first single! Although, I guess this might've done more for her coming off the whole "Gaga is normal and really good" schtick she had going for her earlier on in the year!
