I always thought it was the top 10 and only the first two our didn't go on it!!

It's normally the top 8! Occasionally it's different but most years it's the top 8.

Antone sing Spice Girls/ GA?

5 After Midnight sang Say You'll Be There, Sam sang I'll Stand By You and Saara sang Sound of the Underground :D

Sam did I'll Stand By You

Saara did Sound Of The Underground

5AM did Say You'll Be There

Still waiting for a Girls Aloud v Sugababes or Dpice Girls week :(

But this will do for now!

Surprised they chose Say You'll Be athere, one of their least remembered and cheesiest songs!

I went to the 2010 tour (well it was in 2011 but for the 2010 series) but that was of course one of the best years  You'd have to pay me to go with the "calibre" of acts nowadays!!
They're actually really enjoyable, I've been a couple of times (Joe McElderry's year and Ben Haenow's year), will probably go again now Ryan's confirmed to be on the tour :kink:

I probably would've gone for past years, the Little Mix and Alexandra years definetly. Nothing since then has been amazing.

Saara yet again was the stand out for me, some disappointing song choices considering the choice they had, i really hope Saara avoids the bottom 3 again.
2010 & 2011 were the best series, others are just not in that league.
Does anyone buy Matt as lacking in confidence in his looks. Or does he just believe thr British public are THAT stupid?
Tbf, if you were constantly told you looked like THAT member of One Direction, wouldn't you be lacking in confidence? :kink:

What a crap show and possible the most karaoke show of all X Factor shows?

Matt really should have fought against his song choice but tbh, I was expecting FAR worse considering everyone's reactions on here... It was actually a good performance, but it was definitely a lot more karaoke than it should've been. Sam was absolutely dreadful. Her voice is actually starting to grate on me! However, it's such a unique voice that I could definitely imagine hearing her voice on a big house track ala Becky Hill.

Saara was the best tonight for me, for sure. 5 After Midnight were surprisingly decent too. Hated the arrangement, but that's coz I'm so fond of and used to the original

I'm just sad no Little Mix songs :( hopefully they do a group performance of SOTME or Wings.

Caught up on this today, probably the worst live show so far on the whole! This was a great opportunity for some top notch song choices but a lot of the picks were disappointing.

01 Honey G 9/10 - Complete and utter guilty pleasure. This is my second favourite performance by her after week 1 of live shows, which will be hard to top as that was just such a moment. This was so entertaining anyway, her rapping skills are getting better and that dance break was a lot of fun as well. Brilliant song choice!

02 5 After Midnight 8/10 - Easily their best live shows performance! This was one of a couple of song choices tonight which actually really did suit the act. I liked their more funky and slick twist on the original and they sounded great when they sang together. Some ropey vocals from one of them when he sang by himself though.

03 Ryan Lawrie 6.5/10 - Surprised that I have him this high (moreso because everyone else was pretty bad though ) but yeah this was his best live shows performance so far! This was enjoyable in a similar way to Olly Murs' rendition was - not the strongest vocal ever but it was carried off in a pretty enjoyable way. Hooray for him moving about quite a bit on the stage and having fun with it.

04 Saara Alto 6/10 - Mostly as 'high' as this for that epic intro tbh. As soon as that was over, the singing just sounded karaoke and fell a bit flat despite the crazy production/costume. Love her voice when she does go for it though.

05 Matt Terry - 5/10 - His weakest live shows performance so far, just not the right song for him at all.

06 Emily Middlemass - 5/10 - This was a shame after last week being such a moment. Pretty dull really. The beautiful staging was the only thing to write home about here.

07 4 Of Diamonds - 4/10 - Just didn't excite me at all. They're improving vocally at least.

08 Sam Lavery - 2/10 - Like Emily, a huge step down from last week. Pretty terrible.

Surprised they chose Say You'll Be athere, one of their least remembered and cheesiest songs!

It's one of their biggest sellers though, and is literally on the verge of being their 3rd million seller.

Now that they've been announced for the tour, I'm fully expecting a clearout of Saara, Ryan and Sam very soon. Could they even start tonight? Surely 4OD wouldn't last another sing off?
I just noticed that this is the first time Honey G official You Tube video receives more likes than dislikes.
But Saara is still trouncing everyone in the views department! (Obviously due to her overseas fanbase, but STILL *.*)

They'll probably abolish the lifeline vote next week now Ryan is on the tour, he's an act with a fanbase that will sell a good few tickets as they'll want to go to see him (and probably Emily by default given their whole couple thing), so that they'll get rid of him.

I can see 4OD maybe just clipping the top 5 and thus avoiding the bottom 3 and lifeline vote, they seem to be getting a very good reaction to their performance compared to other weeks. If they're in the bottom again I can't see how the judges could justify saving them again, especially if they had a sing off against Saara which is very likely. I mean even if it was Sam she could easily outsing them if she pulled herself together.

Someone will have 1 act left tonight, I'm really swaying towards 4oD, personally I can't see Sam in the bottom 3, maybe 4th or 5th from bottom, I know her performance was not that good as her previous weeks, but I can't see her going out after Gifty left the show last week.

It wouldn't surprise me if Honey G is in the bottom 3 just for shock value, and gets the lifeline vote, with Ryan & 4oD to fight it out in the sing off

I am quite sure Saara will leave tonight and I'm really sad about it. No one to cheer for after she leaves. I think 4oD will manage to avoid bottom and Sam will slip in it.
