December 6, 20169 yr Sleighed by yet another reappearance for Wizzard's 1973 opus in the top 40. When will Slade? Looking at itunes positions and spotify so far added with Christmas tracks doing even better so far I can actually see Slade scraping it in. Possibly just Christmas chart only though. If not it'll only just be outside. I'm amazed and pleased Wizzard is the true winners in the download era at least. It should have been an official #1 :(

All she needs to do now to 100% guarantee being Christmas number 1 is an iTunes price cut to £0.59 on the 15th and a performance at the Strictly final on the 17th (which will never happen of course, but one can dream..)
