It's been great to have started to become a more active member of the community (although I'm fairly reserved as a poster and tend not to post excessively) and yeah it's been really nice to get to know particularly Lindsey, Lotti, Harry, Mattias, Cameron (I do actually like you I'm sorry for #downwithcameron), Spadam and so many more, thanks everyone for being such a great accepting community.

 

Also on the topic of The Snake I feel so bad for the score I gave you in the rate now because you're actually iconic, you've become one of the funniest posters on the site, both intentionally and unintentionally and I can't wait to see more of you. :lol:

Quite a bit is unintentional ~buttered muffins thread~ - I genuinely had no idea why Beaver had called himself that.

Another bit of Advice Mr. Emperor, try to balance your post content out, so like you can be spammy one moment and valuable the next, otherwise people will only think of spam when they see your username in the rate (although you are already doing that re your knowledge in the Dance forum :D)

I think I would be about the mid 60s in the rate if it was done now, which is an improvement.

#Late in this whole thing but...

 

I feel like I'm still as active as I was last year but there's a bit more of a disconnect. I don't know if it's the scope of the forum that's changed or the environment or the posters themselves, or maybe I'm the problem and I just don't know it yet, but it's come to the point where I'm hesitating to say what I want to say because either I can't find the words or whatever I say is gonna come across as mean and shady and I'll be seen as someone that wants to cause drama. It's become a double-edged sword.

 

If it does feel like I've really drifted from all of you, let it be known: I will try to make an effort to reconnect (or connect if I haven't yet) with all of you next year.

yeah i've had such a huge turnaround with the Snake, one of my favs at the moment, he makes me laugh and it's been a pleasure collaborating with him! :o

2016 was also bipolar_angel's best year to date, here's hoping she'll come back and shine even brighter in 2017...as long as she actually reads her own threads, of course. Also another banner year for the ever-brilliant daz clark. :heart:

thanks for all the nice comments everyone :wub: I have thoroughly enjoyed my few months here and I've loved getting to know everyone (special shoutout to Lindsey because I feel like we could potentially be best friends one day :heart: )

 

I've not been around that much lately because I've been swamped with uni work BUT my last exam was today so I am now officially off until january :yahoo: which means everyone should get ready for some serious posting and plug seshes!!

 

And like Lindsey said in relation to BJSC, I literally am counting down the days! I have already registered my country (Azure) :wub: now I just need to find my song! (and beat Seven, which shouldn't be too hard) :kink:

Thanks...huge turnaround with you too (The Funky House thread opening spamming incident being the only reason for not liking you a bit at the start). But now I see you as a Buzzjack legend :)

 

It's been great collabing with you too. I don't think we will ever make the Official UK top 100 though :(

This seems to be a common thing :') I reckon the Awards will be a good oppurtunity to recognise/remember the different qualities we all have as some of us seem to have slightly drifted from the site since the rate, one reason possibly due to the events that took place during it but the good thing is that the Awards are not usually involving too much discussion or comments and there's only about 2 negative ones (even those aren't really too negative, I just see them as a bit of fun and not to be taken seriously)

I really stuggle with bipolar angel. I don't think I like her but I'm also not sure if I'm allowed to dislike her either.

She's very kind hearted, but she does have trouble putting herself across on the forum sometimes.

Yes. Although I'm pretty sure she IS a nice person, she does come across as kind of rude and arrogant sometimes.
