I don't see how there's any remote possibility of the album going to #1. The album has been out months, a large chunk of the people that bought it already won't buy it again and it's a much more competitive time of year. I'm expecting maybe a top 20 return?

 

It will be a busier time sales wise but I think they will easily go Top 10 - they have 7 new physical versions of the album (The individual covers of each band member are being sold as a bundle with the MP3), I'm sure they will be on anything going as per last time - This Morning, Lorraine etc., they also have possibilities of Strictly Come Dancing and XF and they will do a few album signings plus there will be more interest as the tour will be closer to starting.

If they get some good promoting slots and do signings i can see it easily going top 10 as it looks like they are going all out on this re-release.

I would find it intriguing to see how how many fans will actually buy all the different versions, and for those who do, will they purchase them on release week or purchase as they can afford them. I am sure they will also be a percentage that will wait for a price drop further down the line before they purchase.

I've pre-ordered on itunes but not going to be getting a physical this time. I do take my hat off to them though for the determination to push this album to Gold status! Truly hope they do it, then it's time for the next one!!!

 

I've tagged mine on itunes as Crying At The Disco rather than TOTD (CATD deluxe)

 

Wish they had put them in a different order this time lol, Faye should be in the middle! Anybody here talented enough to switch the guys and then have Faye in middle with Lisa and Claire on each side? :teresa: Mine is just a cheap paint job :dance:

She might plug her version of her artwork album.

Deluxe CD is now £9.99 on HMV and Amazon which is a better price but still disappointed the CD omits the remixes.

Good price for the deluxe. I also agree about omitting the remixes from the actual cd, it is disappointing.
