June 9, 20178 yr Interesting list there! Surprised in a way to see Monza up in second, I know it's a classic circuit n all but there hasn't been a truly exciting race there since what, 2008? Can't argue with a lot of the others, Imola would be amazing to see back & as for Laguna Seca, well seeing these wide F1 cars navigate The Corkscrew chicane would be quite the sight. Shout out to Hungaroring too, been some absolute belters there the past few seasons.
June 10, 20178 yr What a lap! Equalling Senna's career tally of poles. With Vettel also on the front row that makes things more interesting, shame I won't be able to watch this one live :/
June 10, 20178 yr Meh. Looking forward to the Grand Prix tomorrow. Canada usually provides a great race with some decent crashes. Hoping Vettel can mug the douchebag into the first turn today. Might be worth a read this: http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/i...d-prix-calendar Regarding fans picking their ideal Grand Prix calendar. Are you watching, Liberty Media? Some great tracks on there. But 4 American races? I'd rather no. (he says knowing that Europe is the same size as the United States by landmass)  I miss Imola, would love to see the San Marino GP back.
June 10, 20178 yr Author I wonder who out of Vandoorne, Stroll and Palmer will crash into the 'Wall of Champions'?
June 11, 20178 yr What an exciting start!!! Gutted for Max, he was on a stormer and that start was electric.   Hulk on the charge!  Can't decide if Bae Sainz was to blame for that or if it was Roman
June 11, 20178 yr Great race! Lots of battles and overtakes throughout the field. Â Force India is not in a happy place right now. Perez refusing to yield for Ocon
June 12, 20178 yr Author Quite a good drive from Stroll. I have criticised him on here before. But he had a good drive and did well to finish 9th. That should settle some pressure for him. Â
June 12, 20178 yr I don't feel like Stroll's drive was particularly special, he was still way off the pace of the other Mercedes. This is just a track that he is especially familiar with (I'd assume) and the cars he was racing with (McLaren and Haas, in particular) didn't have the same straight line speed. He's still yet to impress me... Palmer still struggling is a shame, and I would not want to be in Pérez's shoes right now. 🙈 It was a very good GP though, much more fun than the Monaco and Russian borefests!

I meant it was an improvement from what I've seen with although passing slower cars. Very average though.

June 13, 20178 yr Author As expected, very low figures for the Canadian Grand Prix:Â https://f1broadcasting.co/2017/06/13/canadi...illion-viewers/
June 13, 20178 yr Author Wow!, that is great news to see Canada on the calendar until then. Just an idea, Channel 4 try and put the US, Canada and Mexico live. Â
June 14, 20178 yr Author It'll be interesting to see what happens between the Force India drivers throughout the season after what happened in Canada. Would Ocon have got past Ricciardo, I don't think he would have. Â
