In fairness there may only be 2 new entries but that doesn't highlight songs rising up the chart!
I'd be pleased for Pete Tong or the La La Land OST to get #1 album for the first time, both are so good/inspired <3

And in fairness we don't know how close the top 2 albums are, I know Minty is saying Pete Tong's sales are looking good, but looking good could mean anything.

There is definitely some singles climbing back up inside the top 40 singles chart, I should imagine 2 or 3, as I'm looking at the current chart, where some acts could just fall away.

Pete Tong was behind The La La Land OST on iTunes and Amazon on Friday until he appeared on "The One Show" in the evening.

That boost is starting to diminish on iTunes but he is still top of the Best Sellers on Amazon (not surprised with the Pete Tong CD at £4.99).

I wonder whether The La La Land OST will go 3->2->1 although next week there will be competition from Tinie Tempah.

They won't be commercially released going by last year so there's no fear of them troubling the charts (not that there would have been even if they were!)

La La Land are actually #3, and it's not Little Mix sandwiched in at #2.

Mike Oldfield should be quite high as he will be front-loaded.

Sir Pete Tong getting a #1 album would be amazing, c'mon make it happen british public

He's pretty much got it on lock.

Good to see Pete heading to NO1 - prob only sell around 15-20k max though.

Ed's just released the video x Castle on the Hill, so at least he's trying to help the swap :)
