Is that Bex who is pregnant in the trailer!!!? Dot collapsing!! Steven battering Abi *.* and Stacey going all psycho again!!!! Also Yolande and Cora *.*
Jack has 0 right to that kid, hasn't adopted him and the real father has appeared as soon as he heard about Ronnie. The end. I knownthr producers love their men like Jack and Phil but come on

Jack is literally the worst character I can remember being in the show :drama: I HATE when he's on screen :S

(also Steven wtf they doing with his character?)

Wow at that Spring trailer, the new family addition will be interesting to watch.

Yup Jack is fookin atrocious.

they have him like an mma fighter ladies' man when in reslity he is podgy and has a lived-in face. Also why is he so rich??

Awfuuul character.

Hated that he came back.

Why is Denise acting like she's writing her PhD thesis when she's legit doing one GCSE? I get it's important to her but it's English Literature GCSE not a biochemistry thesis.

Lmfao i know!! People usually have to do 10 or more at a time. Also, Tess is from A levels.

Idgi, are we supposed to be on Jack's side?

I probably would Jack but I'm still not on his side, absolute idiot. Unfortunately "but he's lived with me for a year" doesn't cut it in a court of law when his real dad is there...

When he hasn't adopted it and the real father came back as soon as he heard.

He has no case in real life.

Of course, this is Eastenders ...

Let's not pretend Jack lived with Matthew for a year. He was being looked after by Dot for most of that time.

And why act like Charlie abandoned him? Charlie loved him and almost absconded with him and the only reason he was never in touch was because Ronnie 'mother of the year' f***ING THREATENED him!

Well yes exactly  So not even that to claim. It's not like Matthew is 10 and settled with Jack for all that time.

Yeah Jack doesn't really have a leg to stand on. The only thing in his favour is that Matthew has been living as part of Jack & Ronnie's family home, and it would be Ronnie's wishes for Matthew to remain part of that home. But Charlie's rights as biological father would 100% outweigh Jack's rights unless Charlie was somehow shown to be a really unsuitable father, which he clearly isn't. Especially if Charlie brings up the fact that Ronnie forced him away.

Such a ridiculous storyline, just give Matthew to Charlie and get it over with.

I actually quite enjoyed that episode. Even though Denise and Michelle got themselves into the current situations, I did feel myself sympathising with them both. I enjoyed Denise's pep talk from the woman in the queue with her; it was refreshing to see a more positive yet still honest light shed on what it means to claim benefits.
