The more I listen the more I enjoy this. It has a feel of "I'm a lumberjack who works all day on the land and then goes home to my log cabin and does kinky sex things with my hot wife" which I'm here for.

So relatable

The thing with this album is that you can't just listen to it once and have your mind made up. As with "Filthy" and "Supplies", the tracks (bar "Say Something") all need a few listens before you really get it. The more I listen, the more I'm loving the album, having felt mixed about it on first listen.
I actually liked this more than I thought I was going to the songs he released in the lead up didn't wow me like his other eras did but I really liked this album. My fave album tracks were Midnight Summer Jam, Sauce, Man Of The Woods, Flannel, Montana, Breeze Of The Land and The Hard Stuff.
The more I listen to this the more I realise how amazing this album really is. On first listen I wasn't particularly wowed by too much, but every song is growing on me now  Sometimes the interludes can be a bit annoying, but it wouldn't be a Justin Timberlake album without the extremely long outros now would it :P

Brutal reviews everywhere

According to Minty hes on course of only 20k

But we all know how good is Minty at predicting

I'm totally there now too, hooked! Repeated it 4 times since I showered this morning!

I would say calling this entire album cringeworthy is a compliment - that is really the only emotion you're able to get from it. It offers nothing new, most songs don't earn their length, the lyrics are beyond banal, beats are recycled.

Awful

I love a lot of his solo career but this album is bad enough to make you question whether or not you just appreciated Timbaland and his producers.
I find this a lot less cringey than some of his previous work tbh
I think the most cringey I've found JT is on that bit of "Señorita" where he tries to get all the guys and ladies to sing with him - it should've been left to live performances, not on record

I think the general consensus with "Filthy" was 'wtf' on first listen!

JT's most cringiest moment by far, but that's not a bad thing :P In fact whenever I listen to Senorita I love that part more than the rest of the song because of it's cringe :lol Super fun to sing along to when drunk though, can 10/10 recommend

Hahaha! Whenever I hear it I think "Gretchen, stop trying to make fetch happen, it's not gonna happen"

'Not a Bad Thing' was actually quite cringeworthy, now you mention it.

I never understood why the radio edit of NABT seemed to add in f*** when it wasn't in the album version

It was easier to look past his lyrics in the past when the music and production was innovative and fresh.

It doesn't work when you've heard all of this before - there is nothing redeeming about it.

= More cringe

I do agree, I've tried to get past my initial indifference but I'm pretty much just finding more things I don't really care for and indeed I find myself cringing at parts.

The exception is the Breeze Off the Pond / Livin' Off the Land combo towards the end that have joined Say Something as the high points.
