I wasn't massively fussed on "Faded" until the Tiesto Northern Lights Remix - check it out, really brings it to life. Love it!
April 14, 20179 yr Apart from his standout tracks, the rest of Ed Sheeran's catalogue is either a dreary ballad or him rapping along to a guitar. He is the king of filler - he should open a sandwich shop. Tbh I think this is exactly why he's so popular. All his music is very formulaic, nothing too risky or different from what the public are used to - and the fact it's so unremarkable makes it so hard for people to dislike.

I reckon if it was a Pharrell song, people would be liking it more. Disciples track sounds decent actually... refreshingly different from the rest of KISS FM dance tracks. 'Big For Your Boots' is one of the standout moments of the year musically, impressive longevity.

Which singles of his do you like? I'd go Sing > You Need Me, I Don't Need You > Don't > Galway Girl & Shape Of You for my top 5! -x- Call On Me is still very good, so surprised it's managed to be such a big hit, but then again it has really stood out from the rest of the Spotify Payola dance.
