April 22, 20178 yr D'yermak'er is just one of those contenders I CANNOT fathom. It's just so dull I don't see how it has that much appeal to be considered a contender, from the start of semis it was getting hype :drama:

April 22, 20178 yr I feel I am quite out of touch, I am not sure how much longer I'll last in BJSC but I am kind of motivated by the *.* of having a streak and then every month I am still discovering at least a couple of great songs I otherwise wouldn't.

Most of the best songs are being predicted bottom 10 :') If this is the case for a lot of people we could be in for some interesting results. It's not rewarded until the votes have come in. My D'yermak'er prediction is based on it being the sort of pop that can cross over into the beyond pop sphere, I'm predicting it to only get points from about half the pop nations but a lot from outside, I'm not always taken with these sorts of song but this one has a little special bit about the way she sings, though that I like it isn't the reason, it's part of the reason. But I could very well be wrong if that's who people are referring to. I'd normally be the first one to cry blandness and this isn't the best final by any means but there's still plenty of interesting and standout music that I'm going to cheer on, there always has been for me. I've just gotten used to there always being some songs I don't like doing well, Liam, you seem from my perspective one of the most IN touch people in BJSC right now with your streak and your contender status, so that's the only thing I can think of that's making you feel that way.
April 22, 20178 yr I've been out of touch with BJSC for a while too and I've been v close to giving up but I do always have the hope of making a good discovery and I still wanna prove to myself I can get a top ten but I've been doing worse in terms of that in comparison to last year where at least I was getting a fair amount of top 20s :') I don't even have the same amount if potentials any more so I've had to resort to just sending stuff that's a bit different and I've got no clue about how it will do as anything else I love is pretty destined to flop :lol:
