May 24, 20178 yr How's The Cure currently doing, please? Oops, should've put it in the update, it's up 1 to #19! We've got a bit more info, One Last Time isn't actually top 200 just yet.

May 24, 20178 yr Looks like you may be right Joseph, Harry has pulled away a bit from Rag 'N' Bone Man. Incidentally with Album Sales dropping quite appreciably in the last week The Beatles should comfortably make Top 5 next week. I agree that Beatles reissue will rank pretty high next week! Maybe The Charlatans can sneak into the top 5 as well That Engelbert album should climb to #5 by Friday, i've seen it quite high on the supermarket/amazon charts and stuff
May 24, 20178 yr any update for Miley Cyrus' Malibu.. it seems to be holding steady should be top 15 this week ?

Incidentally with Album Sales dropping quite appreciably in the last week The Beatles should comfortably make Top 5 next week. I wouldn't be surprised to see it as midweek #1 tbh. On Amazon, the reissued album shows up at #1, #2, #4 and #9 on the pre-order chart - three of these versions are also Top 20 in the overall chart. I could see it selling 20k+ by the end of the week.

Yes, agreed, I held back from predicting overall #1 but do think it has an outside chance given the publicity the 50th Anniversary has been generating.
May 24, 20178 yr Yes, agreed, I held back from predicting overall #1 but do think it has an outside chance given the publicity the 50th Anniversary has been generating. Tbh it does stand some chance of getting there officially, I think. It may just be a re-release but the fanbase of The Beatles will buy anything (and probably every format and version of said re-release) plus it's a hugely iconic album that the most casual of fans would be interested in buying. It would only take about 30k to manage it. Might sound a bit ambitious and I do think it'll more likely be #2 or #3, but it definitely stands a chance.

May 25, 20178 yr Ariana Grande’s hit single One Last Time is set to re-enter the Top 40 on this week’s Official Singles Chart in the wake of the devastating attack on her Manchester concert this week. The track climbs from outside the Top 200 overnight to Number 35 in today’s Official Charts Company sales flash (May 25) as the UK remembers the victims of the attack on Monday which killed 22 people. One Last Time, which is taken from the singer’s 2014 album My Everything, originally peaked at Number 24 on the Official Chart back in June 2015.
