And Bebe omg, I've never seen THAT level of fakeness when she was "crying" sending Aja home, I officially despise her now...Also speaking of Aja, I can't help but feel like they were too harsh on her purposely about her misspelling and the concept of her disco night look...I thought she looked really good.

 

It was hard picking bottom 2 but I felt Kennedy was more of a bottom 2 than Aja per se.

 

So apparently they are only 3 queens that are contenders for coming back to series...I saw arm tattoos in one of them and IIRC only ChiChi was the one with visible tattoos.

The lip sync was a bit weak again this week. The song was more suited to Bebe but I think Trixie maybe should have won?

I guess given the bottom 2, Aja going was a bit of a certainty (well unless the Queens turned and eliminated the strongest competition like Morgan wanted to).

 

I think Aja came across so much better in this series than Series 9; had she been like this originally then she probably would've gotten a lot further than she did.

 

Yeah it's not that her look was bad at all, but it wasn't pertaining to the challenge so I can see why she was bottom 2. A bottom 2 of Shangela and Ben would've been juicy af, but Ben was fine in the can bit whereas I think that's what also let Aja down. It felt like a filler challenge though, for want of a better word, I think perhaps scrap the disco bit and have the can part as a runway with a bigger challenge, in one of the 90 minute episodes. If wasn't as rushed and bad overall as last week but it still could have been much better

The fact Bebe won for as usual doing pretty much nothing didn't help.

I loved trixie's look for both the can and Studio 54. Kennedy had best studio 54 look though :wub:

 

I felt like Trixie should have won the lip sync as Bebe stayed in one spot basically Trixie I felt like felt the music more :lol:

 

I am now a fan of Aja due to this season so I am very glad to see her improve greatly from season 9 and that she left being this much improved.

Not to keep taking away from Bebe but I think it's that her quiet and collected "regal" style is right up Ru's street, Trixie gave it much more and really went for it and made for, imo, a much better lip sync, but I think Ru really has a thing for Bebe and her style which represents something different. Which is fine but it's frustrating to lose the likes of Aja for someone who comes across as boring. I'm not saying she isn't talented and I know we need a lot of different styles, especially as it's all stars, but she's still very season 1 and Drag Race and what I want from it has really moved on.

Watching the lip sync again I actually think Bebe did the song well. I think she probably gave a better embodiment of what the song needed.

I just think this whole series is very lifeless and a bit "will this do?!". Trixie winning would top it off, I am judging what I'm seeing and what im seeing is someone who just isn't that talented, sorry.

 

Shangela is the only one I really care about, this series has nothing on last All Stars whatsoever.

I wouldn't say I agree with the whole series but it's since they went back to hour long episodes (well like 45 with ads ofc) for me, it just isn't long enough and makes it feel rushed and nobody really gets to properly shine. Like last week the runway was so blink and you'll miss it, but even the challenges themselves seem quite glossed over. I like everyone left bar Bebe so it's not that for me, but when they just rush through the challenges it makes episodes feel weak.

Omg true :lol: It was a bit unfair. Like if it was a challenge and they had to lipsync something that meant something to them, fine, but when it was something that everyone had to learn and compete with, it's a bit convenient. I don't want to get too into conspiracies and being a Facebook wine mom but it felt a bit like "oh Bebe needs her win let her have this" :lol: I know they couldn't know Bebe would end up in the lipsync but eh. She was kind of there by default as Ben and Shangela weren't as good as usual, and someone had to be there with Trixie. Ru definitely has a soft spot for her and I think wanted her to have her week.

They did Diana Ross because it was 70s/Disco weeks. It was always going to be Diana Ross or someone similar like Donna Summer or Chaka Khan. And I think Bebe embodied the song nicely.

The second disappointing episode in a row. It's become such a limp season, which is even more apparent compared to how incredible All Stars 2 was. I really hope this twist breathes some life into it all. It all feels very rushed like VH1 really wanted in on that All Stars hype?

There's no one tall enough to be Milk or small enough to be Aja

It would be very Strange and unfair if they only gave 3 of the eliminated queens the chance to come back
