July 24, 20177 yr 6. Pour It Up ehcVomMexkY Average: 8.62 Patron shots can I get a refillll: Andrew, danG (11) burbe, Cremey, Joe, Josh!, Tyler (10) Who cares how you haters feel?: Jonjo (3) Bal (5) (5) Just missing out on the top 5, we have the third single from 'Unapologetic', the urban JAM and absolute strip club anthem that is 'Pour It Up'. While it sadly missed the top 40 in the UK (charting at #43 </3), it just made the top 20 in the US, managing to chart at #19. It definitely deserved to do much better overall though, it's in my top 5 Rih tracks ever! It's clear from the votes that it has a lot of love on here but there are also a few who clearly aren't fans...Jon and Bal, where are your ears? :') Edited July 24, 20177 yr by Cremey
July 24, 20177 yr 'Pour It Up' is wonderful. It's not a personal favourite but I can understand why people love it so much. It is superbly done.
July 25, 20177 yr WTF? Are you guys actually serious about PIU? It's genuinely horrific. I really don't understand why people rate it so highly!? Definitely one of my least fave songs by her :(

July 26, 20177 yr 5. Hard (feat. Jeezy) Xcwd_Nz6Zog Average: 8.81 Never lying, truth teller: Mack (11) Cremey, Davidson, HarryEzra, Josh!, Liam, Ryan (10) Where them girls talking trash?: all is vanity (6) That Rihanna reign just won't let up, as 'Hard' shows by being the oldest song to make the top 5. Released as the second single from 'Rated R' in the US and selling over 2 million copies, it was only released as the 4th single in the UK and failed to have much impact on the chart, charting at 42 :'( It definitely could've been a lot more successful over here if it was pushed earlier, I still think it's pretty well-known despite the low peak. It's been a fan favourite since its release and has a great video to match. It was my all-time favourite Rih track for YEARS and would still be just outside my top 5 which is no mean feat when you consider how much greatness has followed it.
July 26, 20177 yr It peaked at #42 on video release only didn't it. An all time underrated classic for me, Hard is.
July 26, 20177 yr I think I rated this as an 8... & I just want to apologize. Forgot how infectious it was.
July 26, 20177 yr 'Hard' is a banger! *.* So, SO under appreciated by the general public! I love how aggressively slick she is!
July 31, 20177 yr 4. Love on the Brain 0RyInjfgNc4 Average: 8.93 Must be love on the brain: Jonjo (11) AdamAloud, blacksquare, burbe, Davidson, Josh!, Liam, Mack, Ryan, Tyler (10) What do I gotta do to get in your motherfuckin' heart?: danG (4) Next up, we have another fourth single – this time from Rih's most recent (and best ;) ) album, 'ANTI'. 'Love on the Brain' shows a mature side to our fave bad gal and you guys are clearly liking that, judging by the number of 10s (and Jon's 11!). I thought it was overrated at the time of 'ANTI's release, but it's never stopped growing on me. It's one of those songs that just sounds so timeless and her vocal delivery on it is one of her best ever. Sadly we didn't ever get a video </3 which I think could've made all the difference to its success in the UK, where it charted at a ridiculously low #175. The lack of video didn't seem to hinder it in the US though, where it eventually peaked at #5, meaning that Rih is officially the artist with the third most Hot 100 top 10 hits, behind only Madonna and The Beatles. ICON! Edited July 31, 20177 yr by Cremey
July 31, 20177 yr Sorry for being so slow with these results, I promise to pick up the pace! Anyway, only the TOP 3 left now! Any predictions for the order? 'Bitch Better Have My Money' 'Kiss It Better' 'Man Down'
July 31, 20177 yr 'Love On the Brain' is my 2nd favourite Rihanna track after 'Fire Bomb'. So timeless and stunning and it really should've been a huge 'Someone Like You' type success over here! :( I can't choose between 'Kiss It Better' and 'Bitch Better Have My Money' to win! But all three are fantastic.
August 1, 20177 yr The 'Love on the Brain' roll-out was so frustrating. First of all, it should've been released in Europe far earlier in the campaign (maybe even as the lead single); and second, with a video it could've become one of her most monumental songs. Sometimes stanning for Rih is so frustrating because of the lack of effort. As for the top3, my preferred order is this, 03. Bitch Better Have My Money 02. Kiss It Better 01. Man Down 'Kiss It Better' and 'Man Down' are both in my Rihanna top 3 (along with 'Diamonds') so that would be an amazing top 2.
August 1, 20177 yr just me who isn't a fan of Love on the Brain then? its US success is baffling, glad it didn't receive a similar push in the UK.
