Am I right in thinking that with the new chart sales rules that the year end charts will be completely inaccurate??? I assume nothing could even touch Ed Sheeran with the new sales rules?

It will remain with streams to be calculated at 100:1 so will not affect the YE charts

I really thought after 'We Cry' that The Script would just be an one-hit wonder but they have done very all for their longevity.

Omg at Despacito, it's like it's just been released all over again.

A held back single would knock Despacito off it's perch and make the chart interesting again.

The Top 10 could definitely do with something fresh and exciting, there doesn't appear to be much movement at all!

Yeah, been listening on a Friday on the way home and it seems like the same 7-8 songs have been clogging the top 10 up for AGES.

At least we'll have Louis Tomlinson and potentially Matt Terry next week, even with ACR the charts are looking very boring in the top 20.

Yeah. Seems to be quite a bit of news surrounding it becoming the most streamed song ever, right now. I'm happy for it to stay on top tbh, well until something worthy can actually come and knock it off it's perch. I like 'Wild Thoughts' but I don't think it's "amazing".

Yay! Go Despacito for that 10th week at #1! No other contender for number #1 deserves it at the moment.
