To be fair - Radio One probably won't touch her with a bargepole so going down a Radio 2 friendly route is probably her best bet for a semi-decent selling album. Plus, it's on Decca - aren't they mostly known for MOR acts?

February 10, 20188 yr It's so weird to hear her singing again! I like it on first listen, it's not too dissimilar to some of the midtempos from 'Overcome'. It's made me feel more confident about the album being of good quality - which has now been pushed back to 16th March.

February 10, 20188 yr I paused Mabel - My Luvah for this, but I'm gong back to that. Very plodding, very cheesy. Held-back releases are no longer a thing, just like this sound :lol:
