Balvin is a reggaeton singer whose polished urban singles and best-selling albums have made him a top-tier Latin pop artist. He became interested in music at a young age while listening to rap, champeta, bachata, and reggae on the radio. He was also a big fan of music videos; it was from these that he began to develop his dance moves and cultivate his own style. He signed to EMI Colombia in 2009 and released his first single, "Ella Me Cautivó," which charted at 35 on the U.S. tropical chart. This was followed by the release of the full-length Real in 2010. Balvin contributed four tunes to the soundtrack of the Tim Bulot film El Negocio. All of them charted, including "En Lo Oscuro," which hit the top spot in his native country. Balvin was a featured vocalist on the Colombian version of Robin Thicke's smash single "Blurred Lines," which was issued in October of 2013, just prior to his own second album, La Familia. All four singles from the album charted in Colombia's Top Ten, and "Yo Te Lo Dije" hit number two on the rhythm chart and number nine on the Latin pop chart in the U.S. The B Sides collection appeared in September of 2014, featuring two more radio chart-topping singles in "6 AM" and "Ay Vamos." The latter won a Latin Grammy for Best Urban Song. His 2015 single "Ginza," the official pre-release for his next album, entered the Hot Latin Songs chart at number one, topped several others, and was certified platinum. Balvin's collaborations were as notable as his own work that year. He and Julión Álvarez were featured on Juan Gabriel's single "La Frontera." His "Latino Remix" of Justin Bieber's smash "Sorry" scored big for both artists at Latin pop radio and in digital streaming and downloads. In 2016, Balvin won the Premios Lo Nuestro Artist of the Year Award and was a featured guest on both Sofia Carson's charting debut single, "Love Is the Name," and on Alejandro Sanz's "Cuando Seas Grande" -- from a performance at La Voz -- along with Gloria Trevi and Los Tigres del Norte. In May he released the single "Bobo"; it topped the Latin songs chart. "Safari," featuring Pharrell Williams, BIA, and Sky, was released in June, followed by the full-length Energia. The album, produced by Sky and featuring contributions from Bull Nene, Daddy Yankee, Fuego, Yandel, and Juanes, hit the top spot on several Latin album charts. The following year, he guested on Wale's "Colombia Heights" single. - iTunes Willy William Willy William (born 14 April 1981) is a French DJ, record producer and singer famous for his club remixes and vocal collaborations with a number of dance music artists. He came to prominence in 2003 with his work with DJ Flex in the dancefloor hit "B Boyz Shake da Body" and in 2004 as producer of "Tragedie" using the pseudonym "Lord William". He later joined the French music collective Collectif Métissé, also continuing to produce his own materials. - Wikipedia Top 100 Chart History J Balvin 2017 08 Mi Gente (J Balvin & Willy William) -1- Willy William 2017 08 Mi Gente (J Balvin & Willy William) Social Media J Balvin http://i.imgur.com/sx7weFD.png http://i.imgur.com/P4ObJLe.png http://i.imgur.com/TUafYW0.png Willy William http://i.imgur.com/sx7weFD.png http://i.imgur.com/P4ObJLe.png http://i.imgur.com/TUafYW0.png http://i.imgur.com/1SERq1f.png

Ayala was born in Río Piedras, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and was raised in the neighborhood of Villa Kennedy Housing Projects. He is known as the "King of Reggaetón" by music critics and fans alike. Ayala aspired to be a professional baseball player, and tried out for the Seattle Mariners of the Major League Baseball. Before he could be officially signed, he was hit by a stray round from an AK-47 rifle while taking a break from a studio recording session with reggaeton mix tape icon DJ Playero. Ayala spent roughly one and a half years recovering from the wound; the bullet was never removed from his hip, and he credits the shooting incident with allowing him to focus entirely on a music career. In the UK, the album spawned the number-one single "Wings". August 25, 20179 yr OMG at Everything Everything actually CLIMBING to secure a second top 5 album :o Really wasn't expecting that, amazing! Matching their highest peak  I'm sure it'll be a very sharp drop for them next week but that was a given either way. Lovely that Steven Wilson stayed top 3 as well, hope he might have somehow cracked 10k. A bit disappointed it wasn't a snippet of 'Pariah' played during the reveal :P Brill to see 'Mi Gente' climbing a place since the mids as well, still growing on every listen, such an infectious track. Really hope it can peak in the top 5. And that James Hype track is a bit of a banger, I'd really love to see this sound making a comeback so this to be the start of the end of the tedious tropical stuff please! Thoughts on the new entries/songs I'm hearing for the first time: that Chris Brown song might as well have just been a straight cover of 'Turn Me On' but it's pretty enjoyable for what it is! I liked the Axwell Λ Ingrosso song wayyyy more than I expected to, also quite a bop, hooray for some good dance songs charting again *.* Macklemore's song sounds extremely dated, just an inferior clone of the 'Can't Hold Us' verses with a dated generic 'female featured chorus on a mainstream rap song'. And Camila's song was pretty good, reminds me of something I couldn't put my finger on, not a fan of the Young Thug part though, I cannot warm to his voice oop ~
