Perhaps an album discount? I suspect it wouldn't have taken much for it to climb, even as 16 place jump.

Madame X reaches the 100M mark on Spotify

Madame X has now more than 100 million Spotify streams. With almost 348,000 daily streams on the day of 6 September 2019 the album has reached the mark in less than three months since its release.

 

Medellín remains the most streamed song off the album with more than 36,000,000 hits, followed by Faz Gostoso with almost 18,650,000 streams. Both songs are currently raising up their stream numbers at about 100,000 new hits a day.

 

Crave, Future and I Rise follow at a distance, spanning from about 7,500,000 to 5,000,000 streams.

 

When leaving the Top 5, you will find four more songs in the 3M+ stream range: God Control, Dark Ballet, Crazy and Bitch I’m Loca. Extreme Occident wraps the 15 song list with about 1.756.000 streams.

This clip features a remix of 'I Don't Search I Find'! According to this it's by Honey Dijon. Is it being lined up as a single? :o

It really feels like they've just completely stopped with the campaign since the album's release. :(

 

Aside from just releasing remixes of 'I Rise' sporadically.

I gave the album a full listen again today and it still sounds great.

 

I played it to death during the end of June / early July so I tried not to listen to it again much so I wouldn’t get tired of it.

 

The break done it the world good. Her best since Confessions.

 

Batuka, Killlers and Come Alive sounded amazing.

 

ALSO why were Funana and Ciao Bella bonus tracks!! Deserve to be on the main edition of the album.

 

But yeah pretty much everything on this is streets ahead of MDNA and Rebel Heart.

That remix sounds incredible !!

'I Don't Search, I Find' is crying out for remixes, although I can't say I've been all that impressed with the others we've received this era, barring a couple of the 'Medellin' ones.

 

I think it's overtaken 'God Control' to be my favourite Madame X song! I've been listening to Madonna songs on YouTube and 'I Don't Search, I Find' often follows in the suggested and it fits seamlessly with everything. Really wish they didn't drop the era following the album release because there are so many songs that would make great singles, this being one of them.

 

Never got the fuss for 'Funana'. Don't like the vocal effect or the clunky name-checks which I don't think sell the song's message the way they were intended.

"I Rise" will be the next single from the album. The track will be sent to Italian radio tomorrow.

Hopefully we get a few more remixes for it! :D

To be fair - Italy seems to have an history with doing radio singles that are never officially released anywhere, so this could be another case.

 

I think Madam X is dead to be honest.

I just bought the vinyl in the HMV sale for £14.99 on Monday, assuming it’s that. Apparently they have the CD for £5 too

Yeah it's the HMV sale! As well as the reduced CDs and vinyl, the box set is only £19.99.
