New AF Leader Group & New Indie Mod

Firstly, I forgot to do this when it was first implemented, but you may have noticed that Jacob is now the new indie mod (after standing in for Lindsey's month off), replacing 152chris. Thank you to the former for your years of service and for the latter, I look forward to seeing you share more wonderful indie music with Buzzjack as well as helping run Nuggets & UP.

Secondly, the eagle-eyed among you might have noticed that a few members are now wearing teal and are part of a new group called AF Leader. As part of our new AF revamp, all current AFs (Darius and Will Young are closing down shortly) have had a leader appointed, based mostly on which AF mod was set as leader in the Mod CP. Like with AF mods, they may change with time and we may not do a full announcement for each change but for now, the teal people have as many privileges as normal mods and have the ability to warn within their forums. They will liaise between the main forum staff and the AF staff.

 

The current list of AF leaders is as follows:

teal looks so similar to a couple of the other colours we have though :lol: should have gone with the more standout colours like orange and pink tbh so what's the difference between a regular artist mod and a leader? "AF Leader' does sound like a cool title though :P

 

Jacob is also a pretty good choice for Indie mod, I expect/hope that can be permanent one day :D

The bunch of new teal names in the online list is throwing me off a bit, shall take a bit of getting used to xx (I do like the list being more colourful tho lol).

 

I noticed Lindsey was brought back in place of 152 rather than Jacob, I presume Chris was aware of this and wasn't just stealthily fired? :lol: WD on getting the permanent job anyway Jacob and thanks to Chris for your efforts in the forum over the last few years. x
