It's just occurred to me that it's been 8 years since DenDen forum ended, prompting BuzzJack to open a Spice Girls forum section here. Howww has it been 8 years already!

Although I don't think about DenDen much anymore, if I am reminded of it... I'm still miffed that it was deleted. All those memories and information lost to time, all of a sudden. I wonder, if someone had been allowed to take it over, if it would still be going today?

Spice Circle on Facebook is clearly the main successor of DenDen, but that place has never been for me. Even though BuzzJack's Spice Girls forum has a small fraction of the activity that takes place on Facebook, I much, much prefer it here. Thanks everyone who's contributed here over the years!

It was so sad that Denden simply vanished... Denis was a real c**t about deleting it all rather than passing it to someone else or at least find a way to archive it publicly or whatever... It's insane and it was straight up mean.

Yeah I kind of loathe Spice Circle, because it feels like it brings out the worst in people over there. Here we can have better discussions and yes while it is somehow quieter, it is at least more interesting and safe as a space.

I never understood why he wouldn't let anyone else take over, was really bizarre, then he even objected to Spice Circle being called Denden too!? Strange behaviour quite frankly.
