October 28, 20177 yr I really like the new format, it felt really refreshing to watch tonight!! Everyone actually did a decent performance tonight I think, and it was a shame to see Spencer go even if it wasn't surprising. My ranking and thoughts: 1. Grace - a ready made star, another fantastic song from her and a well-deserved winner of tonight's vote. 2. Holly - love the inspired song choice, she sang it perfectly! 3. Alisah - a stunning vocal and another inspired song choice, so glad she's back  4. Rai-Elle - a great opening performance and I loved the mash-up, think she can do even better too which bodes well! 5. Leon - surprisingly decent, think he could actually be quite marketable? 6. Spencer - a really solid vocal, got a bit lost amongst the rest of the acts unfortunately but I think he could've had a lot more to give 7. Lloyd - an undeniable vocal even if he's not my thing 8. Sam - quite average really but I actually expected worse lmaooo
October 28, 20177 yr I find your hatred towards Rae Elle a bit strange lol she’s really not that bad or offensive each to there own I guess though . It is her cheesy dancing, wannabe Cher Lloydness, herego, her sly looks when other contestants are singing well, and her reaaally ba voice - yet the judges fawn over her :o Got my back right up
October 28, 20177 yr Yeah I echo the positive comments about the format switch-up! I like that we get results on a Saturday now as well as on Sunday so there's a satisfying climax for each show at the weekend.
October 28, 20177 yr Oh and a minor thing which I love, I love how each act has been given their own logo for their name which we can see on their iTunes singles and on the stage screens at the beginning of their performance. It's a very small detail but it feels like they are trying to make them a brand right from the start.

October 28, 20177 yr Yup it is much better now! So glad there is no borin af results show where 15 minutes of material waa strethed into an ad filled hour. Not sure about the weekly winner - remember those years when it would have been Wagnar or Christopher Malone every week :drama:

October 28, 20177 yr Pretty sure she doesn't know who Cher Lloyd is  Her whole first audition was a cheesy knock off :P
October 28, 20177 yr Not sure if revealing the night's winner is a good thing for the winners. People could think Grace toppled the votes last week and I don't need to vote for her this week...
October 28, 20177 yr Well with the free app, people just take a few seconds to vote 5x. I'll be doin it.

Not sure about the weekly winner - remember those years when it would have been Wagnar or Christopher Malone every week :drama: Wager never even came top half :P It would have been lowkey hilare though to see Christophr Maloney topping the vote every week though, he won it from week 1 to 7  Same with Eoghan Quigg I think he was up to week 5. The judges faces for the former in particular would have been hilarious.
October 28, 20177 yr Christopher Malone would probably have won tbh if Simon hadn't put in some calls to his tabloid chums to start a hate campaign against him.

People could think Grace toppled the votes last week and I don't need to vote for her this week... Interesting point! When The X Factor USA revealed the full vote rankings on screen each week, the top 2 (Tate Stevens and Carly Rose Sonenclar) was pretty much the same top 2 all the way through so it didn't affect anything there. I imagine it probably won't have much of an effect here either but will be interesting to monitor.
October 28, 20177 yr I don't like how it's two categories each night. I'd have preferred 2 of each category one night and 2 of each the next. I feel that'd be a fairer representation tbh.
October 28, 20177 yr My God, I'm so excited about which contestant will win a chance to go and see Pink- don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight with the excitement of it all! Does Grace have what it takes or will some other act steal her prize at the last moment????!!? Edited October 28, 20177 yr by Esmerelda
