“There will be a time when, you know, the girls, the other girls get together and that will be amazing and I will always love - we have such fun, so yeah”

I only hope that means she gives the other four a go ahead without her

I sincerely doubt Victoria has any intention.

I absolutely wouldn't mind it being the 4 of Mel, Emma, Mel and Vic. I honestly think that 4 would kill a tour and Glasto.

The whole 'the group belongs to the world' thing by Geri pisses me off... Like, if it is such a 'group that belongs to the world' then f***ing give it to the world, Gerita. You are just keeping it to yourself! Urgh...

It's such a cop out, and blatantly obvious what she is saying. She does let out that 'the other girls might get together'... They wont though even though the original 4 are the best 4 for sure!

This isn't 1998.

it’s all a mess. And it’s time to move on. Give us the final tour / performance / documentary ant stop with this pantomime.

At the end of the day, I’ll never understand Geri nor Victoria. They contributed zero performance-wise. The Mels and Emma always carried the whole band vocally and on stage. It’s not like they’ve been asked to show us an intricate dance routine or do a cover of Celine Dion.

That is the problem for both of them though, they both know the money and only real worthwhile reunion is a tour or massive performance and it is where both are weakest.

Victoria will say ex Spice Girl but she put money into the musical, agreed to be in the documentary for it, signs off on her pics being used for merch and tshirts. She just doesn't want the scrutiny of performances but I think she actually misses it.

Coincidentally, Vicky & Geri are the richest members of the group (thanks to their husbands, obviously). They are more than secure financially, so there's no incentive for them to go on a grueling worldwide tour.

Thanks for sharing Jay. You can see her shifting in her seat when asked about a reunion -- it's pretty clear when you read between the lines. I still believe, that if Wembley was still on her bucket list, this year and next would have panned out differently.

Weren't you the one saying Geri wasn't the one holding up a reunion?

Yeah, because she isn't. But also the other four would not get Glasto calling.

Geri has an addictive personality, once she has her focus on something she'll drum down on it until it's not of interest anymore and move on. She's focusing on the book for now but she still has an ego to be fed so I'm sure we'll see her on stage with the girls in the next couple of years.

I support her book thing and even defending her when people say nasty things. But not this attitude of hers.

She’s been doing copy-cat of what Vicky B has been doing for ages now. The posh accent, the image cleaning, the more conservative attitude, the fashion, the type of interviews, and this BS of “I’m going to support them, you can go on without me” mantra. Jesus Geraldine Christ. I won’t be surprise if soon she comes out as a Terf, like Roisin Murphy. Snotty and with no sense of awareness of who made her famous in the first place. Girl, you touched / kissed Prince Charles wearing a (super cool) sexy outfit.

That's a shame. The world was a simpler and happier place then.

As a Spice fan, for sure

Nothing music related. 2019 was the last one.

I also have low expectations for the documentary. They’re stingy when it comes to content and sharing details. They’re going for the same safe route and talk about the time they met the Queen and how girl power has become people power.
