EDEN [29-15-9-7-3-5-10-12-19-24-30-TBC] Awake is the second studio album by American DJ Illenium, released via Seeking Blue/Kasaya Records on September 21, 2017. Coming in at number 10 Illenium's second studio album, the follow up to the outstanding Ashes. The hype for this album was real, and within the EDM community many wondered if Illenium could deliver another masterpiece like his first album, and, I think it's pretty safe to say, he did. This album is packed full of emotion and you can hear Illenium's distinctive style in many of the tracks as well as sense of something fresh too. This album is outstanding and I'm pretty excited to hear more from him in the future. 96lCUfORlOo 5CMuZrTy6jw j2V0M6jzjuk g80hMksipbI 09tYntKSw1I Edited November 27, 20177 yr by BridgeCow
November 28, 20177 yr I'm not good at keeping up to date with albums, I've heard good thing about Illenium though and I've charted two of his songs in the past (never got into 'Leaving' though). Maybe I should give it a listen.
November 28, 20177 yr Hey BridgeCow! I'm excited for your Year-End list. Still thinking about doing my year end list now. But yeah, still great start, can't wait for the rest!
November 28, 20177 yr Author 09. Louis The Child - Love Is Alive EP Charting Singles: 21-07-2017 11 Louis the Child - Love is Alive ft. Elohim [14-13-12-11-17-21-24-28-32-38](10) 01-04-2017 01 Louis the Child - Slow Down Love ft. Chelsea Cutler [11-4-1-1-3-4-5-9-13-19-25-30-37](14) 01-04-2017 07 Louis the Child - Go [40-31-11-7-11-11-18-24-23-34-39](12) Love Is Alive is the debut studio EP of the American duo Louis The Child. Released on March 24 2017 via Ultra Records,LLC. The next album, or EP I should say, comes from Louis The Child. Louis The Child are, and have been for a while, one of top artists, ever since I first heard It's Strange I instantly fell completely in love with their music, their subtle, but extremely distinctive and unique sound makes them stand out among the plethora of EDM artists nowadays. They've been a big part in shaping future bass into becoming the monster it is nowadays, and whether you love or hate the genre, it's hard to say that Louis The Child produce bad or lazy music. Consisting of just 7 songs, this EP manages to tell more of a story and give a more varied product than at least 3/4 of the album's I've listened to this year, despite being similar in tone, no two of these 7 songs sound alike. This EP easily shoots it's way into the best of 2017. PaGeHDqYPZU AIrlVwxziFE wQWVRfMAEEM hQyW1E7VJXo Edited November 29, 20177 yr by BridgeCow
November 28, 20177 yr I liked It's Strange a fair bit, but found Fire to be quite lazy. :( (yeah I said it) That's all I've heard thus far.
November 28, 20177 yr My favourite Louis The Child song would have to be It's Strange. The drop has a bit of Flume vibe in it.
November 29, 20177 yr Author 08. Grey - Chameleon EP Charting Singles: N/A Chameleon is the debut studio EP from the brother duo Grey, released on the 29th September 2017 Coming in at number 8 is the debut EP from Grey. I first heard of this duo, like a lot of people, from their collab with Zedd and Hailee Steinfeld on Starving. Most of their other follow up stuff to that failed to spark any interest me and I passed them off as generic future bass making artists and lost any interest in them. Crime came along, the lead single of this EP, and, while it was definitely an improvement, failed to change my opinion of them. And then they dropped this EP and just, wow, I was completely blown away. From their insane collab with Avril Lavigne in Wings Clipped to their chilled, emotional collab with Frances in 'Room 101', this album shows an incredibly diverse range of production and showcases just how much skill these two brothers have and their potential when they don't hit chase with boring future bass. Although any songs from this EP managed to make my top 40, both Chameleon and These Roots were VERY close and in hindsight, I'm not entirely sure why I never entered these, although I did chart their amazing remix of Jarryd James's Do You Remember. If they continue with this sort of style I'll be on the edge of my seat to here what they have in store for the future. Ariana Grande [3-1-1-1-3-5-7-12-16-23-30-38](12) 9 is the debut studio album by Norwegian DJ and record producer Cashmere Cat, released on 28 April 2017 through Interscope and Mad Love. I first heard of Cashmere Cat through his collab with Selena Gomez in Trust Nobody, and was initially taken by how such a seemingly unknown artist managed to get collabs with such huge stars like Selena, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande. And then I listened to the song and it clicked, he has such a distinctive and smooth sound, present in all his music and it results in such a fresh and innovative vibe that is rarely found in music nowadays, especially with such huge artists. So when I saw he was releasing an album, I was understandably very excited. While the album itself isn't necessarily outstanding, too many songs sound as filler and are not very distinguishable nor memorable, the highs are extremely high, and the high in this case is Quit featuring Ariana Grande. This song is stunning, from Ariana's smooth and powerful vocals to Cashmere Cat's mesmerising and enticing production, everything about this song I love so much, explaining why it managed 3 weeks at number 1 on my chart. t5p5uCgY-tY Ot1Dy58FWWU CKhmCh68Qu0 1Vn1BXfsd4Q 09VJW8M_TIc Edited December 1, 20177 yr by BridgeCow

Dua Lipa - Dua Lipa Charting Singles: 14-01-2017 11 Dua Lipa - Be the One [13-11-20-29-37](5) 03-06-2017 02 Dua Lipa - New Rules [38-xx7-9-2-2-2-3-5-8-13-20-29-35](12) Dua Lipa is the debut studio album by English singer Dua Lipa. It was released on 2 June 2017 by Warner Bros. Records. Need I say anything about this? After 2 pushbacks and a mess of a release schedule, it seemed as if this album was doomed, Lost In Your Light being pushed as the single seemed like the final nail in the coffin for the album. But then New Rules came and tore the coffin right back open again and saved Dua Lipa from falling into the hole of irrelevancy. At the start of the year I think very very few people could have predicted that by the time this album finally came out she would manage to get a huge number 1 from a post album single, but she did and props to her for that. The album itself does an amazing job as showing Dua as the pop superstar she is, delivering tunes like IDGAF and Hotter Than Hell as well as showcasing her raw ability to sing so well, like in Homesick and Garden. I can bop to pretty much every song on this album, which is so rare for an album like this, which is why it's made my top 10 of the year. fEOyePhElr4 7TIp2WSPr4o 1nydxbGhgv8 k2qgadSvNyU -sf44_qbdmo lwZqbQL4H4Q
