Looking at the nominations it feels like dance music is dead in US.

Anyway, ODESZA became really big there, so they should grab the album of the year; also impossible not to admit Gorillaz's album that won't obviously just pass by (given the popularity thanks to the name), I think Andromeda is to get the statue.

So it's all happening tonight folks... I'll be very surprised if Cola doesn't win Best Dance Recording with ODESZA nabbing the album award!

I didn't know Cola was so popular in the US too! :o Seemed like a UK-only sort of hit.

It got to #1 on their Dance Club Songs chart

Oh well done Kraftwerk! :cheer:

Haven't heard the album but they are obviously a highly influential group in the development of electronic dance music.

Line Of Sight sounds nice enough on listening now.

eh, LCD soundsystem and Kraftwerk? Are you okay guys?

Cola robbed [2] :nocheer:

Oh it was Tonite, not Line Of Sight that won best single, I thought UltraReputation had it down first as ODESZA that one best single, maybe I misread her post though.

The LCD Soundsystem song sounds interesting, it sounds like early 80s New Wave for the vocal and some of the synths mixed with late 80s acid house for the beat.
