October 9, 20186 yr Still can’t get over 8.2m and I’m revelling in it before it takes a noticeable dip next week!! As Michael said, highest share since Series 1 too is absolutely incredible! What other show can get an increase of 3.5m from it’s 10th/36th series opener to its 11th/37th series opener. Wow, impressive iPlayer figures there!! When will people's Bodyguard faves???

October 15, 20186 yr DREADFUL for EE on the Tuesday. I wonder if The X Factor will drop below 4m anytime soon?
October 15, 20186 yr Surely they must see EE is close to the axe and something is VERY wrong?! That something being THE CARTERS Doc Who biggest BBC drama success in YEARS!!
October 15, 20186 yr And the first episode of Doctor Who becomes the HIGHEST RATED SHOW OF THE WEEK with 10.9m! The Saturday ep of Strictly is JUST behind whilst the Sunday ep got 9.9m. The Bake Off got 8.9m This is like the second time I've probably looked at BARB since it added catch-up ratings - the F1 adds over 6m because of it, with over 2m watching on their smartphone wtf??? Compared with the 22,000 people watching Doctor Who on their smartphone. I know less people are going to watch a drama on a crap screen but there's a ridiculous difference there...
October 15, 20186 yr 3 million for the (minor) Royal Wedding, that must be one of the highest mid-morning ratings for years, outside of the Christmas period.
October 16, 20186 yr And the first episode of Doctor Who becomes the HIGHEST RATED SHOW OF THE WEEK with 10.9m! The Saturday ep of Strictly is JUST behind whilst the Sunday ep got 9.9m. The Bake Off got 8.9m I'm pretty sure that's only the second time in New Who's history that it's been the most watched programme of the week (after 'Journey's End').
