Imagine if this was released pre-album and the BGT performance had gone ahead. Absolutely insane sales for a 4th single.

I have updated sales figures for their other double plat smashes courtesy of Joe;

Shout Out To My Ex - 1,610,000 up from 1,570,000 [+40,000]

Black Magic - 1,505,000 up from 1,480,000 [+25,000]

Touch - 1,425,000 up from 1,370,000 [+55,000]

I imagine Touch will exceed BM, maybe by the end of the year?

Touch deserves to be their highest seller, but I'll settle for #2.

I think about that scrapped performance a lot :( I really believe it would've been top 3 for them (maybe #1 on iTunes for a brief amount of time). But, I accept the reasonings ofc and respect them so much for jumping in for Ari. Although I'm kinda sad that they only did one song, when Niall had a couple (and he was relatively new into his solo career at that point, so had less discography to work from) but meh. Their performance was my favourite performance of Wings to date so, there's that

I always find the Chart Masters articles interesting. I have no idea where they get their info from.

I was trying to put together a girl group singles list without the streams.

Under 'Digital Songs' in the LM article is that the 'pure sales' downloads in the UK?

Yeah. Chart Masters are full of rubbish. Pretty sure Glory Days is well over 1m copies (they have 805k?) and that was updated just a few months ago.

No idea where they get their figures from? I assume Michael x

EDIT: I also believe they're way off the mark for a lot of artists info.

Girls received a plaque for 700 million streams on Brazil and 10 certified singles, amongst which diamond certifications (160,000) for Woman Like Me and Black Magic.

Bounce Back has been certified Gols (20,000). The rest are hard to tell, but they’re all different degrees of Platinum (Reggaetón Lento is already, at least, 3x Platinum, as CNCO received a plaque for it when they did a concert here).

I wonder how far off How Ya Doin is from silver and Cannonball from Platinum, have there been any recent updates?

Has there been any updates for their older tracks:How Ya Doin'? (186,323) and Word Up! (129,356). HYD must be close now and Cannonball to Platinum also?

Yes. The info for their earlier hits are a lot harder to source, especially as they never really appear on the charts much. We'd have to wait for the OCC or somewhere to do a sales list, but then, we usually only get a handful of sales from the tracks that we already get updated for.

I need to update with some of the last few WW sales we got in here, but UK sales are as up to date as possible.

How Ya Doin’? seems to be a very slow seller these days but it probably isn’t too far away from receiving a Silver certification. Cannonball is a very slow seller as well so it’s still miles off Platinum I would say (probably still under 550k).

Oh wow, I'll hold my breath for Cannonball being platinum anytime soon then  yeah I remember being a fan during Glory Days and thinking the same thing, re-joined the site recently and was surprised to see it still not certified.
