Was it really written off as a flop? I suppose it was on the back of Glory Days' success and SOTME. As a lead single, expectations were thus high. Also, it was penned by Ed Sheeran (who was supposed to give them the hugely successful Shape of You), and it featured Nicki Minaj, and the video was high budget. Despite all of that, failed to reach #1 (thanks to Ariana), and didn't make Billboard top 100.

It was a very underwhelming release after Black Magic and Shout Out To My Ex were their biggest hits and multi week number 1 singles, but nobody called it a flop.
